I had about 7 itchy red welts on both of my left and right arms after the sleepover. I suspect that there’s a bed bug infestation.

Je ne savais pas que Hôtel. Com proposait des chambres chez l habitant. En comparaison avec les Motel ou j ai réservé une chambre c est le même prix mais nettement moins bien. L acceuil a été très bien. Par contre la chambre est petite. Il n y a même pas de chaise pour poser les affaires. Les draps n étaient pas repassés. En ce qui concerne la salle de bain, nous n'avons pas pris de douche car il y a beaucoup de moisissure.

Poor communication. The owner of the property requested my car’r license plate which I provided to reserve a parking lot. The owner confirmed reservation, however, I got parking ticket. Also, the images of the room does not reflect what you will get. The parking ticket amount has been refunded, thanks to Expedia. The owner did not respond to calls from me and multiple agents from Expedia. My room was sweached to different. No hangers , only a small drawer. Not recommended.

You get what you pay for. Nice people though.

So disappointing! Bathroom tub was filthy with black mould all around and sink had soap scum. Not sanitary at all! I ended up in a bedroom with a flimsy door. Apparently there were two bathrooms but service was non-existent so no one mentioned anything. There were no introductions nor did I know who was the host as it seemed another guest let me in. I have a disability and cannot get around as others and there was zero hospitality and no consideration from the hosts to let me know about such details or which areas were designated to guests. Would not recommend!

I enjoyed my stay and it was nice and quiet. Had great sleeps.

Overall great stay. However ,The property should send the link to apply overnight parking exemption to the guests . It’s a simple process. Just letting the guests know to fill up the city of Markham overnight parking exemption form would be really helpful. I was visiting from US so didn’t know about this and unfortunately got a ticket.

Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. We were happy with our time spent there. We would have preferred it if we had received the entrance information earlier. The web page said we would receive it 24 hours in advance. We received it 2 hours in advance. Perhaps it was a one time mistake.

Bad experience with the room and cleaning. Found small hair in bed. Neighbour rooms were very noisy. Not a comfortable stay. How Expedia keeping it

I should receive an email on how to check-in. That never arrived. I used the contact number to both call and text but never got a response. We, my two kids and I, went to the address and tried the doorbell only to be met by a rather scruffy looking man that said the owner was not there and he didn’t knew of the place being used for guests from Hotels.com. I seriously doubt that the place even exists as a place for guests anymore. Coming from Denmark it was not a great way to start a vacation by late Monday evening trying to find other accommodations.

Very clean and quiet, it’s a room in a larger house, shared bathroom. The door locks and you get a key, the bed was firm but comfortable. I felt very relaxed and was able to rest from my trip.
