Great location in Mahone Bay. Welcoming owners, nice rooms. Shared bathroom but that is expected in a B&B. Easy walking to restaurants and around town. Nice continental breakfast (we had fresh cooked croissants). Only complaint was lack of plugs/charing ports in room (had to unplug TV to access a plug).

My Mom and I were on a Mother/Daughter getaway. We enjoyed learning the history of the house and had easy access to everything downtown. Margaret was very welcoming and friendly and we appreciated the time she spent chatting with us.

I was welcomed like a friend the moment I walked through the door, unpretentious and genuinely warm. The house is charming and full of history. It's a Victorian home built by a shipbuilder in the 1800s. There's something pretty special about staying somewhere with that much history. The comfort matched the character of the place, and the homemade baking alone is worth the visit. When I had to leave before the crack of dawn to catch a flight, there was a box waiting for me with a packed breakfast that prompted strangers in the airport to ask me where it came from. Mahone Bay is a gem of a town, and this place sits right in the heart of it. Honestly, I'd go back without a second thought.
