Nous étions 4. Nous avons trouver l’endroit propre et beau. Y avait seulement l’odeur des couloirs, pas bien isolée (on entend ce qui se passe dans l’immeuble, pas de débarbouillette). Sinon agréablement surpris!

parking not included but its on side streets right next to property. there are slight limitations but never conflicted. 2 good solid queens with ensuites. the twin is ok for young one, the foldout a bit bigger. very spacious and clean. close to decarie (15 expressway)… easy access to most anywhere.

Very spacious apartment, enjoyed the stay

We were in town for a family funeral and this property was perfect for us. Spacious enough for us to all stay together without being on top of one another. Nicely furnished and well equipped to meet our needs. Close to Monkland Village and very walkable. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Some things we noticed upon entering the property; the door was unlocked and there was a strong body odour embedded in all the furniture. We tried to make the best of it but the next day the curtain rod fell off the wall in one of the bedrooms, leaving very little privacy. Not a lot was provided by the property such as washing detergent.

The property was wonderfully spacious and clean. Neighborhood great; Communication was excellent and helpful; Couch stained; not enough towels; not enough towel bars; bureau in very poor condition. You could tell that the condo was built with hi-end materials but maintenance was a little lacking. Example: there was an unrepaired punched hole in our wall.

l appartement est en très mauvais état , beaucoup de meubles casses , très sales, des trous dans le mur , tables cassée , cuisine avec tiroirs cassés .... une vraie catastrophe c 'est grand et les salles de bains sont correctes , c'est tout. je déconseille fortement .

This has the potential to be great but it appears neglected and a cash cow. Obvious water damage on walls and ceiling(unhealthy) If you use the microwave the fridge circuit blows, no tea towels only 1/8 of a paper towel roll 2 wine glass, 2 juice glasses(4 of us) we bought and left. Front bedroom broken bedframe that my husband stubbed and ripped a nail off because the bed rails attached to nothing on the bottom. Front bedroom shower leaks alot outside shower and no bathmat. Cabinet door off and laying under cabinet. World's oldest and tiniest bath towels 4 in total for 4 people and 2 nights. Much of the bedding was uncomfortably stained. 1 couch and chair very dirty with stains. Broken track and frame for laundry- dangerous. Outside, Great neighborhood. I would stay in this area but wouldn't stay here without basic repairs and care for future clients.

Great place for a couple friends to stay. Couple of good bars/restaurants around

The place is spacious. 1. Should mention there are 19 steps of stairs to climb 2. No cold water in one of the showers 3. No tv or the remote control is not working 4. No Kleenex 5. Not even have towels for 5 people 6. No complimentary coffee for the coffee maker 7. No communication response for help in supplies 8. Should mention there is no parking Very clean place and the price is excellent

The property is located at walking distance from several restaurants and cafes. The condo is very spacious. Owner is very kind and responsive. If you are traveling by a car there is no designated parking. While you can find street parking it has certain restrictions and you need to be vigilant and may have to move your car depending on the time of day / day of the week. Street parking however is free. Property needs some touch ups.

3 adult family members stayed here for 2 nights. We booked it because we needed 2 bedrooms and were looking for something close to Concordia University. Unfortunately the unit was not what we thought it would be. My guess would be that the usual occupants don't care about their accommodations, because the unit had a lot of damage and the amenities were far from ideal. Broken picture frames, cupboard doors missing, drawer handles missing, holes in carpets and rubber seal in the shower damaged. The pillows were so small, you'd need to stack 2 or 3 of them to provide any support. We brought our own...thank goodness. Flimsy single ply toilet paper, thin worn towels, noisy heating system that banged everytime it turned on.The television, while nice, had no external speakers so we had to rely on the subtitles to be able to follow what was being said. No local channels. This may be normal today, but not everyone has Netflix. On a positive side, the kitchen amenities were good. Lots of glassware, plates, and utensils, microwave, full fridge and freezer, stove. We paid over $300 for the first night and if not for the fact that we needed 2 bedrooms, we could have found better amenities at a Super 8 motel. Very disappointing.

The hotel is not as described at all and would not be considered a 4 star hotel at all. At first glance the inside of the unit looks like the picture on the website BUT within minutes, you realize the actual unit is a dirty, unkempt, old version of the picture on the website. We did not even stay the night (even though it was so late), we booked a different place to stay instead. We came back the next day just to make sure our eyes were not deceiving us - and even during daylight, the unit does not look like a 4 start hotel at all. The place feels more like an older apartment unit for rent. Also note: before we booked and before we checked in, the contact person was very responsive. But once we checked in, no one was answering any of the calls nor responding to text.
