Motel Rideau

Heater was not working, microwave had an issue. Bed sheet had stains. Floor was really dirty. I would not recommend

I had an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience at Motel Ridea. First and most concerning, the beds were infested with bed bugs and fleas. I personally saw bed bugs throughout the room, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. Second, the photos advertised online do not represent the actual rooms. I booked a specific room based on the pictures, but upon arrival, we were given a completely different and much worse room. This felt misleading and dishonest. Third, the staff were extremely rude and irresponsible. Instead of taking accountability for the bed bug issue and their booking mistake, they dismissed our concerns and showed no intention of resolving the situation or offering a proper solution. Overall, this motel felt like a scam. Between the false advertising, poor hygiene, and unprofessional staff behavior, I strongly advise others to avoid Motel Ridea at all costs.

The parking and location is good. But the room condition was terrible, very minima light, and had a stench of something. Stains on the bedsheet, not even proper insulated covers on the heater. Terrible experience, but only for one night and budget, I guess then not bad.

Room was not clean, in the bathroom everything was old and moldy. Bed was clanky and bedding smelled smoke even though we requested a non smoking room. The lady at checkin was not friendly at all and even gave us a smoking room at the beginning despite our request, we had to return to the checkin room to ask for another room. The handle for hot water in the bathroom sink was broken and we had no hot water. We tried to call them but no answer. Will never be back and do not recommend.

I made a mistake of not inspecting the room before making payments. The room is far different from the picture. Old furniture. Old looking duvet, I have to take it off the bed, i was so scared of bed bugs so much that i couldn't sleep.. I didn't see any though. Room has unfriendly odor. Overall, it's a no for me even for free.

Des tâches sur les draps et sur les murs! Bain qui écailles et trou dans les murs! Endroit insalubre!!! Nous n'avons pas osé dormir à cet endroit. Nous avons préféré faire 2h de route pour dormir ailleurs! À ÉVITER!!!!

Expérience horrible ! Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à 13h30, et l'enregistrement était prévu pour 13h. La chambre n'avait pas encore été nettoyée et était dans le même état que les clients précédents, je n'ai donc pas pu entrer. J'ai raté l'heure prévue et j'ai subi de nombreux désagréments. La personne qui m'a accueilli a accepté que je ne puisse pas m'enregistrer, mais ils ont quand même débité ma carte, alors que je n'y séjournais pas, et c'était de leur faute. J'ai essayé de contacter l'hôtel à plusieurs reprises, mais en vain. J'ai ensuite envoyé un e-mail, mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. Bref, je ne le recommande pas.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour trois personnes, mais à notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un lit pour deux et aucun lit d’appoint n’a été installé comme prévu. De plus, le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été fait et les chambres dégageaient une forte odeur de moisissure. Nous sommes très déçus, car ces conditions ne correspondent pas du tout à ce qui était annoncé lors de la réservation.

Pas du tout comme sur les photos nous sommes arriver la chambre sentais la cigarette les drap du lit était tacher et troué de brûlure de cigarettes la lumière ne fonctionnait pas nous avons quitter immédiatement demandant un remboursement à la réception et impossible. Nous avons louer une hôtel à une autre place cars cetais trop degeux

Found a roach in bathroom and staff didnt do anything about it.
