We have stayed at this motel multiple times and have always enjoyed it. This time however the cleaning products used were very strong, making it very hard to sleep. I hope they switch to a more milder detergent or we won’t be able to stay there next time

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. The host was responsive and attentive. The attention to detail and array of amenities was impressive: Keurig coffee maker, full -size fridge with freezer, kettle, and slippers. Definitely recommend as an excellent value. The nearby Mountainview brewery is definitely worth a visit.

Pleasantly surprised!! There was already a toothbrush kit in the room and the manager/owner walked me to my door. No surprise this motel is rate 9.2 would highly recommend.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason they argued with me about my address on my ID, even after i tried to explain that I had recently moved and hadn't updated my DL quite yet, but the credit card I used is in fact my own (hence my name on the card). When i offered to use an alternate card (one that still had my old address on file, to match my DL) he refused. When i offered my husbands DL and credit card (that have current and matching adresses) he refused. When i asked for an explination all he would say is that its the "motel policy" weird, because when i booked the room online i didnt see any mention of ANY policy regarding guest addresses listed on their req'd ID.... sounds alot like some shady made up BS to me

Front staff was very helpful and kind. The room was great and very clean! Great price for this place

We have stayed here before with good experience but perhaps there are new owners? We arrived early, the motel was almost empty, and given room #1. The heating was turned up full and we were very hot but there are NO temperature controls in the room. Plus there was a lot of banging and clattering coming from the office side next to us. We asked for a quieter room. The person at the desk was horrible, blatantly lying and blaming the noise on guests several doors down. With great reluctance he went to the far end of the property to turn down the heating (?) We left for dinner and came back to find a truck parked in front of our unit, backed in so the tailpipe was two feet from the only window that opened on that side (the room was still too warm). The hotel was almost full by then but we again asked for another room and were refused. We complained about the truck and were told IT BELONGED TO THE OWNER who was sleeping!? We were told he would not be starting the truck in the morning (and blowing exhaust into the open window) but no longer trusted the desk clerk. We made it through a stuffy night but will NEVER stay there again. Never. This place no longer deserves yhe excellent rating it once had.
