Did not use the kitchen. Did not go shopping. Used the room to sleep Good deal.

Ive Been on 9th around 11 an, there no one for check in , ring the bell , knock door and Windows , no one answers , ive been obliged to look for another hotel . terrible sourrounding, a lot of trash in the yard. Till now I Didnt received my money Back

Can not provide a review as the room I reserved was cancelled by the property manager after booking. This was a big inconvenience.

The beds looked like they had some bodily fluids and were unwashed. Underneath one of the pillows as well as under the blankets there were pieces of hair. In addition the pictures posted on the listing were not accurate to the room we were placed in.

The owner at first was not accommodating about our reservation, but they sure made up for their mistake. Very helpful, nice, clean and very easy owner. Id will go back for sure.

Really clean and comfortable room. Hosts were welcoming, and communicative for the most part. Had some issues communicating over the phone/text, but host was really helpful in-person.

This is a SCAM, NOT a hotel! I booked the lovely apt in the picture with full bath and kitchen. I don't believe that place exists. Day of arrival the owner messages me telling us to go to a completely different address, which was a shoddy boarding house, barely furnished, so poorly lit that we had to use our phone flashlight to find the room. AND someone else is already in the room they gave me a code for! I contact the owner to get a refund, owner sends over some man to open a different room in this weird unlit converted house and we're supposed to use the powder room in the common entry as our only toilet, with no shower or bath. What?! We felt very unsafe at this point (honestly we should have left as soon as we walked in but it's late, we're tired, how bad can it be? BAD!). Asked to speak with the owner who suddenly cannot speak English. This random friend of the owner is now begging us to go to a THIRD address. NO! We had to just drive away and find another hotel immediately. Despite not offering anything remotely close to the room I booked, the owner will not give me a refund. Hotels.com knows I paid for the Best Western we did stay in that night, has been given all this info, and will not refund this scam booking because they cannot reach the owner!!!! Don't fall for this scam too! May 18, 2025 booking for "Onon's Sweet House" in Richmond.

Almost got scared off by a bad review. I called and was assured there was no renovation issue. Host called day of arrival to confirm codes and arrival info and welcomed us at the door. Everything was clean, safe, comfortable.

Property was under construction and I was told on arrival I could not stay there. Expedia will not properly address this issue.
