Quality Inn and Suites

The room was ok the first night. How ever the second night I was disappointed with it. They never left new cups after the others were used

The room was in great condition. We loved the hot tub and fireplace. Still disappointed that the pool is not functioning every New Year’s Eve. Always down for maintenance. We have family members that might like to come to Yorkton on New years Eve with us but if they are going to pay for a hotel it must have a pool for their kids to enjoy. The packed breakfast just isn’t right. I didn’t appreciate it last year and this year it was worse. I for one cannot eat bagels - they are too dense for my stomach/system. This year there was boiled eggs in a bag … they smelled horrible and had a brown liquid all around them. I have a picture if you would like me to send it to you. Also the bread and bagel in one of our bags was just shoved into the same large ziploc bag with the yogurt, apple and orange. One of the apples is full of bruises (also have a picture). For A large chain of hotels like Quality Inn I would expect more. A bag breakfast is just not acceptable - especially when it’s not being packed properly.

Yes my room was spotless, and looked very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very courteous and pleasant. Thank-you.

The room was great, but the breakfast was not the best Good amenities like hot tub and pool.

Very clean , friendly helpful staff . We really appreciated the life guard on duty for the weekends makes the pool and hot tub area less chaotic . Only suggestion is the breakfast area needs to be reconfigured for better follow

It took over 20 minutes to check in because there was only one receptionist for the 12 groups trying to check in. The waterside was out of order, which we were not informed about ahead of time. The phone in our room rang at 6am, waking up our kids. Breakfast ended at 8:30am, which makes no sense.

No herbal teas available at breakfast or otherwise. No Bananas. Had housekeeping, miscommunications, but staff and management were able to resolve. Hockey tournament guests made for more noise, but staff upheld curfews in place.

We absolutely love that the water in the pool was so warm! It's the warmest pool I've ever encountered at a hotel, Thank you! The water slide was also really good and fast. However, very disappointed that the pool was 1 meter deep at the shallow end. My 4 year old couldn't reach bottom so he couldn't enjoy the pool. Why not start the pool at 12" deep and taper it gradually to a meter? Then much younger children could also enjoy the pool. Didn't effect us since we stayed on the weekend but heard the the water slide is not open on weekdays but only weekends.

Friendly staff. Had an issue with the tub drain. Was unable to shower. Otherwise, was a great stay. Clean room. Comfy bed.
