Well positioned to False Creek south the art gallery north west along Davie for choices of restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel offers something for everyone with variety but I would say for an extended stay one would appreciate a change up from the same scrambled eggs every morning. All told … good job.

Good downtown location, convenient for getting around, and the property overall was well kept. Breakfast was decent and the pool was fine—nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Vraiment un hôtel propre, bien situé, salle de déjeuner vraiment agréable donnant sur une cour extérieure. Pour un déjeuner gratuit il y avait un bon choix d'aliments. On pouvait aussi prendre des récipients de café pour apporter (ou thé). J'ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel. Seul bémol le divan lit pas confortable du tout. Sinon tout était bien et il y a même une agence de locatoin de voiture au sein de l'Hôtel donc vraiment pratique. Aussi très pratique le fait d'avoir une cuisinette bien équipée dans la chambre. (ils donnent des thés et cafés, sel et poivre, sucre, petit lait).

The front desk staff was less than helpful and when I spoke to the manager about a situation he was extremely dismissive and had no interest in finding a solution. Very poor managerial skills.

Well positioned to False Creek south the art gallery north west along Davie for choices of restaurants and the breakfast at the hotel offers something for everyone with variety but I would say for an extended stay one would appreciate a change up from the same scrambled eggs every morning. All told … good job.

Every thing was perfect.the room was very clean there's the dishes in the kitchen freezer and more the breakfast was perfect a lot food when I checked out I was really full. I highly recommend this hotel

Awesome awesome awsome, I cannot say enough things about this hotel. Everything was clean and immaculate going through the lobby was awesome. No problem very on time. I would stay here any day and I hope I will whenever to come to Vancouver.

Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection of food options both hot and cold to suit everyone's taste. We stayed for 5 nights and were able to try out the laundry facilities and we were impressed with the cleanliness, book selection offered and location within the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, breakfast, pool and staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Excellent location with a wonderful 24hr bakery down the street and bus stops nearby. It was also easy to walk to the waterfront and anywhere else downtown. The breakfast was great (fantastic coffee!) and the pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. My only complaint was I called ahead of checking in to ask whether the area was hilly. The clerk claimed the area was flat. She wasn’t correct though. It’s true that the area isn’t steep, but there are inclines. If someone is dressed up, as I needed to be for the conference I attended, they might want to give themselves enough time to cool down if they walk.

Amenities in room great, large smart fridge with bottom freezer, microwave, stove top cooker, kettle, dishes,pots and pans. Very nice swimming pool with lounge chairs, full breakfast included but could use more vegetarian items eg veggie sausages and veggie bacon with the egg dishes. We will go again!

Breakfast was amazing. They had plenty of choices and kept the food supplied so we didn’t have to rush as they did not run out of food. The staff were so friendly. Even when in the elevator with them they always told us to have a nice day. I do wish room cleanings happened daily rather than every other day (although every second day seems standard practice now.) We had to request more TP twice during our stay. Would be nice if they put more than one spare roll in the bathroom.

Overall good stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was okay, some items were clearly low quality, but varied day to day. Pool area was nice but the hotel apparently allows private swimming lessons to be conducted at their pool, taking away from the relaxation aspect of a vacation.

Stayed 4 nights with my partner. Staff was welcoming, hotel and rooms were clean. Our room had blackout curtains and was wonderfully quiet. You could hear neighbors briefly if they were in the hallways, but once in their rooms, our room was back to quiet. Great experience, would stay here again!

Vraiment un hôtel propre, bien situé, salle de déjeuner vraiment agréable donnant sur une cour extérieure. Pour un déjeuner gratuit il y avait un bon choix d'aliments. On pouvait aussi prendre des récipients de café pour apporter (ou thé). J'ai beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel. Seul bémol le divan lit pas confortable du tout. Sinon tout était bien et il y a même une agence de locatoin de voiture au sein de l'Hôtel donc vraiment pratique. Aussi très pratique le fait d'avoir une cuisinette bien équipée dans la chambre. (ils donnent des thés et cafés, sel et poivre, sucre, petit lait).
