Didn’t book but yet they charged my card for a stolen card DIRTY COCKROACHES SR

Sink didn't drain, shower didn't drain, bath only. Stains everywhere, keep the lights on theres roaches that come out. This place should be condemned.

Haven't got much to eat no microwave in the room and the TV was broken for that

First I reserved a ground floor room. It was not available then the TV in my room didn't work also there was no microwave in my room all around terrible stay

Floor was dirty (dirt and grass), room clearly not properly cleaned. When I called to switch room I was told they're booked full and cant be switched

The room was great but they could provide a breakfast.

Yes, the bathtub could of used a good cleaning. There was a spring sticking outside of one of the mattreses.

Saw a cockroach

I chose this motel because I was travelling with my dog. My expectations were low. The price per night was also low. I was charged $25 extra for my dog. Pros: low cost, comfortable bed, full bath, parking outside room, right on highway to Toronto. Staff always available and helpful. Good WiFi. Cons: area felt unsafe. Left my vehicle parked near main entrance because parking by the room backdoor looked sketchy. Also, backdoor only opens from the inside so there’s no way to use it to unload your vehicle or walk your dog, for example, unless you have another person in the room or you block it open at your own risk. The whole place, inside and outside the rooms needs a renovation. Everything looks shabby. The tub is scrubbed raw of all its enamel surface. The shower diverter didn’t work in my room, so the shower head produced a mere trickle. The TV was only as large as a large computer monitor and offered only basic channels. Not all the electrical outlets were functional in my room. I would recommend for the price but only if you need a place to sleep for the night and have low needs.

You get what you pay for. Budget accomodation while on a solo trip. The place was not the cleanest I've seen. The adjoining restaurant looked decent. I went to watch the Blue Jays World Series game 2. A loud heavy metal band was playing, and insisted on playing through the game. I left to go watch somewhere else.

Place was disgusting, bathroom had mold and the tub hadn’t been cleaned at all. Saw ants and a roach. We didn’t even stay here we left and they refused to refund us. Do Not Stay here!!! I contacted the health department as well.

Using the app, i requested a pet friendly unit on the main floor as we have a pet. Upon arrival was advised, i picked a room up top. Paid the diffference and moved to room 120. What a mistake that was. Found cockroaches. Contacted the desk, all they said was they had a problem and are addressing it. Did not offer another room, didnt off to give our money back to go else. I spent that night awake watching for bugs...so gross

Lots of bugs in washroom & on the floor. Carpet was extremely dirty & smells very bad.
