The room was very spacious and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. There was access to a kitchen, dinning table and lounge area. However, everything was poorly clean and maintained. The carpet, some towels, and beddings were worn out and stained.
The fridge, coffee maker and other kitchen gadgets were dirty. There was mess around, e.g., empty alcohol bottles, deflated balloons in a corner, etc. I don't think it was worth what we paid.

On the page we made a reservation with characteristics that didn’t fit the reality.
Note that we’re certain we stayed at the address on the advertisement.
The cleanliness of the bedsheets, body towels, and floors was poor. The towels were dirty and smelt bad — we couldn’t use them. The bedsheets were torn and stained. The floors were stained. The rug had used bandaids stuck on it.
The person in charge seemed evasive as to how to get to the parking on the backside of the property. Plus, from the start she seemed to insist that we should either pay in cash or through Interac transfer. She also said she wasn’t available from midnight to 12:30 pm to resolve any issues regarding payment, and that we should be out by 12:30 pm.
All in all, this place made us feel uneasy.
I would not recommend this place.
P.S.: we’re not looking for excuses or justifications; we are hoping for our review to help improve customer service, as well as everything we pointed out above.

I feel catfished. This is not a hotel for one and when we arrived to check in they mentioned they only take cash. The room was dirty and sheets looked like they were not washed. I dont comment much on reviews but this one is a must. Do not waste your money. This shouldnt even be allowed to be on the any of the travel websites

This place looks nice in pictures, dont get fooled. In my life time 58 years, this is the worst place I ever lived for one night, bedsheets were loaded with hair, smelly, were not even washed from previously stay. Towels, trust me , they smelt so bad like never been washed. we luckily had our own bed set so we used that one and we had hand towel, we used that one. It is just a house, not any dam palace. I Do Not recommend to stay in this house, toilet didn't have paper towel, tub had dirty stains.

I received an email saying they needed additional cash payment at check in and that no one would be available and the doors would be locked. I drove up and it’s not a hotel. It’s a large old dark broken down stinky piece of deplorable house in a sketchy residential area. This is not a hotel. I called the number on the door, some sketchy scary dude in a torn t paint stained shirt answered. I looked inside and left. I want a full refund - this place should not be on Expedia !! I was Ripped off by Expedia !!

There's need for upgrades to the furniture and providing bathing supplies and other accessories in the rooms.
For the price being paid, it should come with more even for s place in BC.

The property is not a hotel it is a home that has been “modified “ to be a short term rental. The pictures online are not of this location. We booked a “honeymoon suite “ what we got was a bedroom with a full size bed and 2 folding chairs and a Walmart desk. No screens on the windows and rats running around and I’m not talking about a little one I’m talking big sewer rats. (I would know as I used to work in sewer rehabilitation.) My daughter had to sleep on the floor as the staff said one of us could sleep on the couch in the common area(which was faux leather and peeling). If I could rate it as a negative star that would still be to positive of a review.

The worst place I ever been, the staff especially the lady who works at the property considered as a manager she is a very corrupted and unprofessional. She tried to take advantage of people even the room was booked, and there is no pepper towel, no soap . Please be careful when you try to book. My recommendation is don’t. We really had a very difficult time.
