Great room. Comfy bed. Staff was great. Disappointing the hot tub was not working the entire 5 night stay I was there. They could work on the parking lot a bit. Very very icy and dangerous to walk anywhere outside the building. Bit of sand or salt could fix that but for some reason not used.

Chose this hotel for the pool and it was out of service all three nights we stayed with no opening in sight. When asked about an opening front desk replied “I don’t know. I only work here 2 days a week and I don’t know what goes on” Had to ask at front desk for extra toilet paper as there was not one extra on room.

Breakfast was not included so cannot comment on that. The only thing that bothers me is the $200 deposit that takes a while to get back on the credit card. Otherwise, the hotel has improved and very comfortable bed, thank you!

Our room was incorrect upon arrival and the room we booked was sold out. In the morning talking with the General Manager Brent, he apologized and gave us a voucher for or families breakfast. It was well handled by the manager and we will be back to this hotel after seeing the hospitality and doing the right thing which is harder to find in today’s world.

Expedia Group verified review

Our room was incorrect upon arrival and the room we booked was sold out. In the morning talking with the General Manager Brent, he apologized and gave us a voucher for or families breakfast. It was well handled by the manager and we will be back to this hotel after seeing the hospitality and doing the right thing which is harder to find in today’s world.
