Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. If driving, please contact this property in advance for more information (e.g., directions). For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. All units are set up to allow for direct entry via door code or lock box any time after 4 PM on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to contact Whistler Retreats to provide payment for the resort fee and damage deposit, after which instructions and driving directions, as well as door/lock box codes and parking information will be emailed (at least 7 days prior to arrival).
