Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Perfect.

This was a great place to stay! The beds were so comfy but what stood out was how clean they keep the property. Nestled in a majestic part of Clearwater. Staff was super helpful also.

The house was very clean, and Karlee was prompt to answer any questions. Great fire pit in the yard and a cute little back area leading up to the forest.

Peace & Quite. This place has stolen my ❤️ Clearwater was a driving pit 🛑 Has become a place i would like to explore & experience a bit more. This home makes it perfect for me and my little frenchie. If home is a statement of mind then this place brings the mind back into home. Humblest and sincerely 🙏 Thanks Ronnie

A short distance from the highway, very quiet, treed and nicely groomed property in a residential street. We read the very strict check in procedure to be done after 4 pm at a different location (commercial property) - and since we were planning to arrive about 2 pm, the renter kindly agreed to check us in earlier, but never showed up. We went to the information centre to get help and they called the company. The communication break down meant we were running around until almost 4 pm anyway, and it wasn't fun after driving all day. Otherwise the unit was lovely, and all I could wish for was a package of coffee and tea for the coffee maker. We are not camping or travelling with much food, but the kitchen was well endowed with equipment. Great value for an overnight stay! We know all this for next time!

Grozügige Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet, sehr ordentlich und super sauber !

재스퍼 가는 길에 잠시 묵었던 숙소입니다. 호텔은 아니고 에어비앤비 스타일의 집이었는데 주방 이용이 편리하고 집 내부가 잘 꾸며져 있어서 아주 만족했습니다. 침구는 깨끗하고 침대도 아주 편안했네요! 와이파이도 잘 연결되었으나 티비는 제가 연결방법을 몰라서 그런건지 이용이 어려웠네요. 밤 10시 넘어 도착해서 체크인은 어떻게 하나 걱정했는데 전화 통화도 바로 되어서 걱정없이 들어갔네요. 아이가 있어서 음식을 조리해야 한다면 강추합니다. 밤 늦게 도착해서 잠시 잠만 자고 재스퍼로 떠나야 했던게 많이 아쉬울 정도의 좋은 숙소였습니다.

Wij verbleven op de main floor. Het is heel netjes en mooi van binnen, en voorzien van alle gemakken (bv. een vaatwasser, en oven in de keuken). Het is in een rustige buurt, en vlakbij het Wells gray provincial park, dus de ligging is ideaal.

Guesthouse has two appartments. The room were claen when we arrived but were not cleaned afterr we stsyed the night for another day. We had clean towels however butt these smelled when wet as a supposed result of cold washing. This can be improved to become an excellent place to stay to vist Wells Gray park.

Really nice house located on the riverbank. Nice walk to Dutch Lake where there is a restaurant and canoes for hire. Was actually River Rock Guesthouse which was a three bedroom as they had double booked.

Once booked, first night is non refundable.It state less than two weeks is 50% refundable and then first night is non refundable.I assumed that more than two weeks will automatically be 100%.It is in fact the second night onwards are only refundable.First night is charged no matter what,even I wanted to cancel it within a day. Excellent property for family.Brand new and modern furnishings.Comfortable furnitures. Good amenities.Outside is not maintained.No onsite assistance if any problems.Confusing and complicated pre arrival information and check in.Entered the wrong unit as both units have notes welcoming guests and lighted up as per told in email. Just that one has a name on it which we only discovered the morning after.We were NOT told there was two units in this property. We were not familiar with this property and didn't have any info about it as the owner just switch our property the very last minute. It was apparently an upgrade. Arriving almost midnight does not help. We paid for a unit with kitchen and dining room but we didn't get that as we didn't realise there was another unit behind the house.We couldn't cook our late night dinner after a 6 hours drive!There was no heating control and we didn't know what to do. cold and hungry. we were ensured that there will be instructions.It was a cold night even after many pre arrival emails to ensure heating is to be maintained at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. It did, but at the other unit!

Stayed in the main floor unit of the guest house for one night driving through in the way to Vancouver. It was a great place; the owner was super friendly and helpful. The place was clean & comfortable. Definitely would recommend!
