Heating was sufficient. Parking was great

Had a booking and was supposed to arrive before midnight. However the road going west from Golden to Revelstoke was closed due to avalanche control. So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice. I shall avoid your hotel and similar chain. Hope the public are aware of this.

The place is spotless, comfortable. Stay was easy, and memorable. Highly recommended.

No hot tub no microwave had to ask for more towels soap and coffee

great spot with convenient amenities we liked the close proximity to everything and is dog friendly would recommend staying

It was great

The bathroom was dirty there were hairs in the shower and a yellow substance stuck to the wall. The floor trim was noticeably dirty and in our non-smoking room the bedspread had a cigarette burn mark on it.

The room was clean and spacious the bed was a bit on the soft side and the breakfast left a a bit to be desired and not even any coffee.

No microwave

Staff was good!! Room needs to be renovated!! Numerous maintenance issues! Price was the main reason we stayed there.

The room was good and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were great and kind. Above par in our opinion. Unfortunately they are facing an uphill battle because of decisions, I believe made by the owners. The lesser stars/opinion are because of this. I arrived at the breakfast @ 9:31 am. Room was not cleaned any of the four days I stayed there. Breakfast was a couple of pieces of bread and yogurt.

No sound proofing. Could hear people in hallways and doors opening and closing throughout the night. Terrible water pressure in shower. Bed very good. Breakfast was toast. And jam. . Coffee. Period. Will not return

Staff was very friendly. Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable.

At this price point, one doesn’t expect an immaculate room, so I wasn’t put off by the foot-long crack in the sink or the faucet that wouldn’t shut off unless it was positioned juuust so. What I was (pleasantly) surprised by was how spotless the room was. We were both wearing white socks and they didn’t get even a little bit dirty; I’ve never had such a clean floor in a pet-friendly room before. The bedding and towels might be a bit worn, but they were fresh and arranged beautifully. The front desk clerk was also very warm, welcoming, and efficient. The only disappointment was the included breakfast. We went down for it only five minutes after it started, and there were only four yogurts in the cooler (not enough for everyone in the room), stale white and brown bread for toasting with only margarine and one type of jam to put on it, two packages of instant oatmeal, and basic (stale) Cheerios for cereal. No fruit, pastries, or anything else at all to eat. The juice dispenser was marked “out of order”, so there was only milk in jugs in the fridge for a cold beverage. But the coffee was fine!

Our check in was nice, the lady was very personable. Our room was ok; bed was comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom could have been cleaned better, including used towels hanging behind the door. Property could use some love but price was inexpensive and sufficed for 1 night.

We stayed 4 nights and didnt receive room service any of the days we were here. We had to go to front desk everytime we needed something. Free breakfasts were availbe tovus but had minimal supplies and no drink option for people who dont drink coffee or tea. Also the room we stayed in was a non smoking room but smelled like someone had smoked in there the first day we walked in.
