They charged me 80$ for pet fee when they said it was 25 plus tax. The beds were not clean, the bathroom was also dirt. Hair in the shower from the previous people and stains in the shower curtains.

Staff was extremely lovely and able to accommodate earlier check in.

Sheets were stained and dirty hair all over. Rooms are neglected they don't clean well. Who could blame him they probably don't get paid well.

Out of all the refurbished hotels owned by non-Canadians this was the best one yet but it would be nice just for once to walk into a room and not see any of the 'old' fixtures. Also cleaning should be a deep clean and not just the surface - thick layer of dust behind the microwave. Overall nice rooms, comfortable bed and great service.

Breakfast here should not be considered an option. Cereal or waffle and yogurt. Toast if you want it. Breakfast cereal bowl snapped in my hands. The syrup for the waffle was not good.

The hotel is well located, but it needs a major interior renovation. When we checked in, they put us in a room on the second floor. It was relatively clean, but the furniture and bathroom really need to be updated. The minibar was unplugged, and when we plugged it in, it made more noise than an old car engine and the smell was really weird. We asked to change rooms, and they had no problem moving us to the room next door. This time the minibar worked, but the carpet was completely stained, the bedding was dirty with black marks, and there was even a cigarette burn on the duvet. The pillows seemed extremely old and worn, and the bath towels had visible wear (I assume because they’ve been in circulation for a long time). We didn’t feel comfortable showering in the bathroom. The bathtub curtain was very old and stained. Considering the price we paid and the fact that it was only for one night, it served the purpose of giving us a place to sleep, but the experience was not very pleasant.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable.

I felt more dirty after showering woth the soap and shampoo provided then before my shower. The 3 pillows that were on the king size bed were also extra tiny, like smaller then couch cushions, my hands size by side were bigger then these pillows...

Bain et salle de bain pas propre rideau de douche noir et tapis de bain noirci pas les moisissures et coulisse dur les murs. Les serviettes de bain étaient grisâtre et pas d'un blanc impeccables. Les draps et couvre- lit troués.

Sheets were not clean. Had rotting milk under the fridge with a putrid smell. 6 mouse traps in the hall near the ice machine. Had to leave. It was disgusting.

They said my card was declined from the booking but i noticed you guys still charged mt card and i had to pay again at the property

The price, toi expensive

Toilet paper was actually toilet PAPER. Mold,mildew in shower,telephone constantly flashing a red light even though i mentioned it to check-in employee,1 facecloth for 2 adults even though we booked as 2 adults,the microwave exterior was plastered with greasy fingerprints,the interior was very dirty.

Bed was hard. Very small bath towels. Clean room.

The staff was friendly and curtious. The parking was convenient. The rooms were decent size but were very clean.

1st room - shower curtain had a hard yellow bottom with black mould, room not very clean, also room had 1 paper cup without any sanitary plastic wrap, we were brought a second paper cup without any wrapping. Will not stay or recommend this place.

Bed was terrible, time to update Bathroom shower was not clean
