A great central location. However, the apartment is extremely beat up with little to no supplies available to cook or shower..With amenities that are held together with duct, tape and shoe string. Upgrades or fixes, whatever has happened, are not complete or have damaged the rooms to be true to almost a concerning level. I would not recommend someone stay here. unless it was way cheaper. Or a last minute choice.

Title: Poor First Impression, Better Second Unit — Mixed Experience I stayed here temporarily due to an issue at my home, and the first unit I was assigned was very disappointing. The sheets had visible hair and stains, the floor did not appear vacuumed, there were hairs in the bathroom, and the pillow had an unusual odor. Because I am sensitive to dust and skin allergens, I requested a refund and asked to move, but the property manager directed me to customer support and declined my requests. I also asked to speak with management but was not given contact details. After spending considerable time with support, I was told the owner refused a refund, and my attempts to call the owner directly were not answered. My only option was to move units. In fairness, the second unit was noticeably cleaner. I received only one key at first and had to follow up multiple times over several days to get a copy. I extended my stay for a week and paid a $150 cleaning fee; the cleaner was very thorough, and the unit stayed clean afterward. My deposit was not returned when promised on checkout day but was processed promptly after I called. Overall, the improved unit and cleaner’s effort were appreciated, but due to the initial condition and inconsistent service, I would hesitate to recommend.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Even though we were here during a very cold period, we felt very comfortable at home. Everything we needed was available nearby. Having a 24-hour convenience store on the corner was a big advantage, and it was easy to get to many places on foot or by public transportation. The host was also very kind and supportive.

The property was very nice and cozy. My wife and I really enjoyed calling the space our home for two and a half weeks, coming home to that property after our daily adventures. I only ever had one slight challenge where it was not communicated before hand that we couldn’t take Amazon deliveries directly to our apartment. I found the person, whom I was communicating with, response to be very cold however after being placed in contact with the owner of the apartment the issue, of we getting your package from the locker that the Amazon delivery man placed it in, was solved immediately.

Host wasn’t responsive and didn’t communicate well, but a fantastic property and well maintained. Would certainly recommend.

Space was clean and comfortable. Close to main areas and transportation. The temperature in the suite however fluctuated quite drastically to very hot or very cold and even with the attempt to adjust the settings it was clearly programmed that way and wasn’t adjustable long term. The communication could have been better prior to arrival to know what to expect- I received a text while in the air flying to Toronto and couldn’t reply and they wanted a 90 minute advance notice of arrival. I would have appreciated more info about what to expect in the information provided at booking. Other than that, a pleasant stay.

Host was hospitable and responsive. Stay was clean, comfortable, and provided with beautiful views. Highly recommended.

This was a very disappointing stay. I did not like the fact I was not told that the place was under renovation. The address is kind of confusing. There was signs of a big renovation going on taped up wallpaper on signs of tile ripped off the walls also. If I was traveling on my own, I wouldn’t like the fact the the host came in the room with me it would kinda of unsettling feeling. The place needs a gentle touch to it. Towels were hard body wash was male dominant. The mattress was very uncomfortable needs a new bedding sheets. I only stayed because I had a 4:00 am airport check-in. I would never stay nor recommend.

What we like - Very convenient and walkable location and restaurant, apartment has 2 bathrooms and is clean with semi-modern furnitures and very nice view, the check-out time is flexible. What can be improved - Communication is too slow. Apt address is confusing and is different from the address I booked via Expedia (taking the travelers through the backdoor, storage area from studio 1 to studio 2 is not a good idea). Apartment can have more mirrors outside of the bathroom, need more clothes hooks to hang clothes and towels.....

The view at night was spectacular. The condo was clean and the kitchen had the amenities needed for a night out. Check in and check out was seamless. Pay for parking available underground. We would definitely come back again and again.

Excellent location that is walkable to most attractions and waterfront. Short walk to train station and subway stations.
