Staff were great and super helpful. Our bed was spotless and super comfortable. The only issue we had was when we took our shoes off in the room, our feet became instantly black. I think it’s because the dirty deck outside gets trekked into the rooms. Very comfortable stay!

We booked last minute here and were so happy to do so after being duped by the fake and non-existent Seal Bay Glamping Resort. Would definitely stay again and recommend it as it is in the heart of Lund.

We expected and loved the heritage building and Rich, at reception, could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We were out most of our one full day and our standard room was never cleaned even though we left the cleanup sign on our door at 9:45 am. The bathroom was run down and not spotless! The location is magical. I would suggest an on- the-water room, as a couple we met saw 2 humpback whales swim by. And, the sunset is magnificent.

Overall not too bad experience at affordable pricing. Hotel view is nice. Our room was not very clean and we found previous guests hair on the floor and even in a towel... I asked for another towel which was given to me at the front desk right away, however I requested extra pillows which were never provided. It's a 3 out 5 I would say.

Old motel style. Tiny bathroom. Wifi was awful, there was no wifi most of the time. No area to sit outside. The bar, grill was closed the whole time we were there, 3 days. Lots of traffic all day long.
Beds were comfortable.

I liked this place. It was nice that it is 100% Indigenous owned. It is the original 1905 building with some updates. It was clean and well kept. Check in was quick and easy, but you should know no one is there before 3:30 and very little info. is given to you beyond your room key. I had to call a number on the door to check out and was told to just leave the key in the room and leave. The staff was friendly and nice. There was a water advisory - not supposed to ingest any water - so even toothbrushing required boiled water or bottled water. Two complimentary bottles were supplied for the three of us for our three night stay. Buy water in advance. Housekeeping will not clean your room or restock supplies unless you put a sign on your door asking to have your room cleaned. That was not mentioned so if you like fresh towels etc, you have to out the sign out. Very cool to watch the boats and kayakers go out or come in. Book an oceanside room if you can.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the proximity to the boat to Savary island for a day trip.
We were glad that we had ear plugs because you can hear people beside and above quite easily.
