clean room

Drive was full of snow. Very hard to park car. Hope this feedback will be taken positively

The carpet was not super clean. Only bed no desk or chair in the room so I spent lots of time sitting on the floor. No place walkable from here at all, so I spent to order in.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and I was woken up at 5:30am by the host who decided to do laundry with the washer and dryer by the room I was in.

Location was in approximate vicinity to where we needed to go.

I dont like

The house is very stark. The bed filled the room so it was hard to move around without bumping your knee and it didn't look at all like this picture. I never saw anyone other than the guests. I called to ask a question but they never returned my call. The only coffee was flavored instant.. could use a coffee maker. It was however spotless and the bed was comfortable. You wouldn't want to stay here unless it was just to sleep as there is no tv or radio. One night I was so cold I used my coat as a blanket as there was none.

Host wasn’t available to let me in. Said phone died! What a shame

Very clean, nice outdoor patio.

The place is spotlessly clean and reasonably priced. But that is it's only good features for me. One pot and pan for cooking. Nothing to make coffee. I bathroom for 4 queen sized beds. Only 1 bath mat for everyone to share. No face clothes. No hand towels or paper towels to dry your hands after going to the washroom. Down stairs half bath didn't even have a soap dispenser that worked. Nothing in this place makes you feel welcomed. But worst of all was our bed. The mattress saged. Gave my husband and I a sore back. Every time he moved the bed was so bad, saggy and squeakie that it woke me up. Very disappointed. Obcessed with a sterile looking building but nothing for comfort.

location, house bed , comfort all good but i would like the place to be more cleaner specially the carpet. Secondly, bathroom should have basic amenities like toothpaste , lotion etc. Coffee machine. I know they had instant coffee but not all use that IMO. just little things to make the place more better.

Not able to check in, nobody answer the message or phone. We stock in driveway. Also no customer service from Expedia. I never book and hotel in Expedia. It is disasters with no customer service even on-line

clean room

The room was great

Booked room last minute, had to contact owner for instructions which she sent quickly. Arrived at night and the house was pitch black. Had to use flashlight on phone to see code box, which was confusing because there were two. ( one on door handle and other up higher on door ) Not one light on inside the house when we got in which was a little unnerving. There was a sweet smell from electric wall plug ins that caused a headache. (Highly suggest changing sent to citrus or linen if must use these) Room small but seemed clean, did not realize no TV which was my fault for not reading entire listing properly. Unfortunately pillows were very poor quality and I would have appreciated another blanket as only the duvet was provided without a top sheet. The bathroom was clean and shampoo was provided. My biggest complaint would be the noise at 10:30pm and again at 5am from people stomping around, closing doors and talking loudly, not the owners fault the other guests were not considerate.

The property was very neat and tidy. Hassle free and very quiet.
