I visited Bruce Peninsula National Park in Tobermory, and it was an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking, and the entire place was clean and peaceful. The parking was well-organized, and the hotel we booked through Expedia was excellent — great service, comfortable stay, and very friendly staff. I truly loved the whole trip.

Reservations manager Carla has poor communication skills . Did not take accountability and infact blamed us -the customer. Horrible service on her part! Definitely needs courses on how to treat paying guest. We reserved and selected the OPTION to"pay at property" this infact was NOT an option. And NOONE was in the office. Erin the manager is very new but pleasant. She was approachable and responded within a reasonable time.
The property was overall clean but had really bad spider webs all around

Visitor center is 5 min drive. AC was very loud. It is not a hotel, it’s a clean motel with very small bathroom. Bedding was clean, hard surface floors; It is self service.

While the room and all was wonderful, brighter reading lights would have been better. Also, a place to sit rather than the bed or high stools would have been nice.

Rooms have been updated, overall pretty clean. When we first arrived the bathroom had some crumbs and the odd dead bug in there. Doors and windows are horribly sealed as our second night we had hundreds of small bugs pouring into our room. The hotel manager Erin was amazing as it was 10pm and she was there within 10 minutes to get us into another room. Overall it was just a lot of money ($190 per night in off season) for decently clean rooms that need better sealing

The only issue we had was that there wasn’t a light in the main area. Unable to read, had to use the flashlight on my phone
to use the microwave and electrical outlets.
Also did not like the TV, no mainstream TV, unable to watch News or sports. Very disappointed to have missed the jays game.

Erin was wonderful, making sure we were checked in quickly and given all the information we needed.
Fantastic location overlooking the ferry landing across the bay.
Huge balcony was wonderful for watching the sun set over the water.
