Nice standard property . No surprises . Area is industrial/mall.

I used the app to look at this room, and the price was not adding up, because they added my rewards after the subtotal without asking so the room was more expensive than I thought. I left the page and never selected complete booking. I looked at other hotels and that room and others had gone up again so I didn’t book one at all. My sister booked our room. Hours later I noticed a confirmation email for the booking. I tried calling Expedia and using the online chat multiple times. Expedia called the hotel and they refused to do anything because of the cancellation policy even though it was just after 4pm cut off time. But I said I never booked the room there was obviously a glitch in the app, I never checked in to that room. I was blindsided by this charge. They refused to even give me any credit or my one key rewards back that they also used without my permission. I have used Expedia many times for years and spent thousands of dollars for personal and work travel. I will never use it again and neither will any of my family and I will let everyone know about this. This was mainly an issue with Expedia but the hotel could have cancelled considering it was still at the cut off time and knowing it was a booking error.

Very expensive, but room and motel was clean and breakfast was good! Would recommend and would return!

This is by far the nicest room we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot. The noise was ridiculous during the night the doors are very heavy and guests just let them close with a bang this went on to after 2:30 am plus a dog was barking giving us very little sleep

Only wish there would have been a do not disturb sign for the door

Kids loved the waterslide and spent hours in the pool. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Staff was so friendly.

Loved our stay here. Staff was pleasant, hotel was very clean and our room was very spacious and came with a full kitchen. Ordered chicken wings and nachos from their bar, the nacho order could of fed a family of 4. So good. The breakfast they serve was amazing So many choices. Probably the best hotel buffet I have ever had. Would recommend This hotel with no hesitation.
