The place is not clean. The pillow sheets and bed sheets were clearly not washed. There were yellow stains on white bed sheets, hair on the pillow sheet. A lot of furniture is torn, i think there has been flood in the house because the wood floor and bathroom door bottom looked as if it had been flooded. They didnt bother to remodel it, who knows if theres mold. The washer and dryer doesnt function well. I washed my clothes and it came out almost the same. Communication is horrible. Dont bother to complain to them cuz they will just ignore you.

This was an excellent day! Just some helpful tips for people who are staying here for the first time as it will make your stay more smooth. Some people mentioned that the battery died in their fob, but all you have to do is press and hold the button on it when you’re trying to unlock doors and use it, the parking garage can be easy to get lost lol so just remember how to get out and where you parked. And my $300 deposit was back in my account within a few days afterwards overall perfect stay we just had to figure those things out on our own , which caused some confusion lol. we stayed at the panorama suite.

Nice view of the city and very large space

Had a decent experience there. Took me a little bit to figure out how to get in and use the elevator with the fob. I just never had any experience with it before. Some one did text me to make sure we got in and wished us well. Condo was clean, decent decor, we liked the layout of it. The main reason I can only give it 3 stars overall is that the AC to the building was not turned on yet. It was 26 degrees in the condo when we got there. We had to leave the patio door open all the time to keep it half ways decent. Luckily outside air temp was dropping to about 12 degrees through the night still. It was a bit annoying having to listen to the traffic noise though. I never seen it communicated anywhere about that but maybe it was in the fine print, I don't know. But I overheard 2 other clients complaining about it as well so I wasn't alone in this regard. But the location I thought was perfect. We walked to a lot of different spots around there. Great food in the many different spots around there as well. I also seen a bunch of other reviews online saying people didn't get their deposit back but we had no issues. About 5 days after we left I got it back, no issues there.

Excellent location relative to the proximity of sports centres and CN tower. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. The appliances have lots of wear and tear. The couch/Hide a bed needs to be changed.

The condo was a great location, and very convenient to have parking underneath the building. When we arrived, the assigned parking spot was occupied, but was resolved by customer service within 10 minutes, which was appreciated. The customer service person then accused me of entering the property before my check-in time without confirming that I had paid the extra fee for early check in, which was not appreciated, especially on the heels of the parking mix-up. We would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail with cleaning as well.

Place was very nice and located in an excellent part of town close to everything and there was an amazing view from the balcony!

I will never book with this company again. Check in and communication is horrible. Did not get the room I initially booked. Do yourself a favour and stay at a hotel.

Everything set up and ready.

Poor service. No toilet paper. No face cloths . And had a hard time getting in to my room. After going back and forth. It cost me another hundred dollars. Will never stay there again. And it does not sleep 6 . Only four. And no place to eat for 6 . No room .

Needed to go out and buy my own toilet paper, but the place was still enjoyable.

Location was perfect for my trip. Having to the retrieve the key fob from the room for the 1st time was a bit confusing but once I became acquainted with the building, it was fine. Also there are 2 buildings connected by underground parking. At one point I ended up in the other building and I was so confused as to where I was and how to get back to my floor/room.

Great spot!

There is no access to the parking without the FOB key. At the check out ,we have to drop everything to the parking lot first because elevators won’t work without the key, take the car out of parking lot to the main entrance and went back to the room to drop the key. It seems very time consuming and inconvenient to us.
