The motel has been recently renovated. The rooms are new and clean. the staff is very helpful.

Staff was amazing, the room had everything we needed and was beautiful

Clean, quiet, updated room. Large fridge, microwave, cutlery etc. Owners were very sweet. Quiet and safe motel. Located right by arena which is why we were in Grand Forks (for Hockey).

Clean, courteous staff, well organized operation. Good value for the money.

Room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed for the trip. Will stay there again if im in the area.

Look this place is an older motel that has been renovated, but is far from fancy like the new places that are out there. That said, it makes no apologies, and is what it is. It was quite clean, had a mid sized fridge and freezer which is always nice. The shower was nice and hot, the bed was comfortable as well. We travel quite a bit and stay in lots of hotels and motels, and would definitely stay there again.

Service was good and the bed was comfortable.
