Praiano Aparthotel

Clean rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking is a few blocks away but on street free parking. I will definitely be returning here next time in Praia!

Excellent Appart hôtel avec literie de qualité et tout équipé notamment la climatisation car il fait très chaud au Cap-Vert. Quartier bien situé avec centre commercial et restaurant aux alentours. Réceptionniste à l’écoute et disponible pour toutes demandes donc n’hésitez pas à réserver au Praiano

Perfect stay

Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’entrée de l’immeuble. Nous avons était accueillies de manière très expéditive par le gardien de l’immeuble et pas par le réceptionniste de l’hôtel. L’appartement semble grand mais meublé à mínima. Vaisselle manquante, pas 2 tasses de petit déjeuner, microondes cassé. Nous l’avons signalé à l’arrivée mais rien n’a été pris en compte. La douche italienne est bonne mais inonde la salle de bains. Appartement très sonore. Le quartier n’est pas très avenant et les voisins très brouillants.

No one was at the reception.( we did get there at the right time). The place was not meant for 4 people, but for 3. The couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. No window except the one in the bedroom opening to a wall one foot away... very clean though, and quiet. The area is quite a walk from the interesting places, and you just need to hope a taxi will show up. The place next door for breakfast is very nice, though.

It was my first stay at the property and I'm still surprised how wonderful is the property...Better than even....love it...

Nowoczesny i zadbany obiekt. Podstawowy minus to bardzo skromne wyposażenie kuchni. Po dwie sztuki: sztućcy, talerzy (głęboki, płytki i śniadaniowy), kieliszki, filiżanki i szklanki na napoje. Brak kubków, ostrego noża do chleba, testera, ociekacza do naczyń (brak miejsca na mokre naczynia!), gabki do mycia naczyń. Bardzo mało naczyń kuchennych. Przydałby sie ekspres do kawy lub chociaż kawiarka, wyciskacz do skoków, pralka, żelazko i deska do prasowania. W łazience brak jednorazowych kubków i nie działające oświetlenie w lustrze. Łóżko duże i wygodne. Sejf w szafie duży i pojemny. Wąski balkon i brak suszarki na ubrania. Pojemna szafa z wieszakami. Obiekt zamykany - bezpieczny. Recepcja całodobowa i co ważne dobra komunikacja w języku angielskim. Wygodny i sprawny transfer lotniskowy również w godzinach nocnych. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Codzienne sprzątanie. Zmiana ręczników według potrzeb. Śniadanie możliwe do wykupienia na miejscu za 500 escudos, jednak wybór jedzenia bardzo podstawowy. Obiekt blisko oceanu. Wzdłuż brzegu oświetlona ścieżka betonowa do spacerów i biegania. Blisko sklep i restauracja.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Eine Waschmaschine für längeren Aufhenthalt wäre optimal.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean. Sea view from balcony and good free wifi. Johnny the manager spoke very good English, and was very helpful in sorting out our lost luggage, booking table reservations and hire car. We were on top floor, (3rd) and there was no lift, it didn't bother us , but might be a problem for some. Our one complaint was the shower was very small. We were told they were all going to be replaced in May. Also could have done with a bit more kitchen equipment....there was only 2 of everything i.e.teaspoons, forks, knives, plates,bowls etc... so had to keep washing up when preparing meals.

In dem Stadtteil wird viel gebaut. Bis zum Plateau fährt man mit der Linie 8 10 min., an einer gigantischen Baustelle vorbei. Außer die bellende Hunde, die ihr Revier verteidigen ist der Stadtteil interessant. Rundum gibt es Lokale zum Essen und Trinken.

Owner and staff did everything they could to assist with my visit.

I've been to Cape Verde six times as an American business traveler and this is my second time staying at the hotel. It's spacious, spotless, comfortable and safe. The wifi, which was already quite good, was just upgraded by the owner. It's now better than I have at home -- not bad for a developing country! The staff is just terrific and the owner/manager is very on top of things. There are several restaurants within a two-minute walk and a handful of coffee shops. Though not in the downtown, it's in a great and very safe neighborhood and you can easily be in the heart of Praia with a $2-$3 cab ride. I have at least three more trips to CV planned in the coming year and will definitely stay here again. It has all of comforts of a big hotel but with the friendliness of a small home. Thanks again for (another) great stay!

This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. It's quite, clean and the aprtments are spacious. The only problem is that the hotel is a little bit far from the office where I work.

Mit Blick auf den Atlantik in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Innenstadt in 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Taxen immer greifbar. Personal sprach englisch, niederländisch und portugiesisch. Sehr geduldiger und günstiger Shuttleservice.

Tudo como combinado. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e solidários. Recomendo. Um excelente custo e benefício.

Very welcoming and pleasing staff in a quite safe town less than 15 minutes from airport.

Oppholdsrommet hadde ikke vinduer, trist og mørkt uten lys. Utenom hotellet var der en menge hunder som bjeffet til alle døgnets tider, spesielt flere ganger om natta og tidlig om morgenen. Jeg måtte flytte på stua å ligge på sovesofa der og uten lufting for å kunne få sove. Min reisekompis har to høreapparater og de tok han ut om natta og kunne ligge på soverommet. Veldig liten dusj. En veldig enkel frokost, lite pålegg.

Appartamento molto spazioso, tutto molto semplice ma pulito, aria condizionata funzionante, utile terrazza con vista mare, il vero difetto è la cabina doccia piccolissima ed è strano perchè lo spazio per una più grande c'è tutto senza necessità di modifiche. Negozi e shopping center raggiungibili a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Comodo ed economico il servizio taxi

This hotel is located in a nice, safe residential area of Praia. The staff are very kind and informative. Breakfast is generous and a good deal at six euros. Internet is available and good, but rationed. Our internet allotment ran out before the end of our stay. We perhaps could have asked for more bandwidth, but we didn't, so not sure if it was an extra charge or not. The shower space is very tiny but everything is very clean. There is a large kitchen/living room area. We could see the ocean from our room. The neighborhood next to the hotel is very near the beach.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Everyday our apartment got cleaned and even the dishes have been washed up. The bed was really comfy and relaxing. Thanks to the whole team of the Praiano Aparthotel - you have made our stay unforgettable!
