Excelente hotel para pasar unas noches cercal del Mall y restaurantes. Muy buena atencion y amabilidad del personal

Menu desayuno excelente, todo limpio solo que la ventana de la habitacion 237 estaba mala en la bisagra. al querer abrirla estaba suelta y no pude cerrarla despues. Estaba como salida de la bisagra

El hotel en general es bueno, su personal es muy amable y atento. Esta muy bien ubicado. Lo negativo: solicite una lampara para el escritorio; necesitaba una luz para escribir. Desgraciadamente no tenían ninguna. Me pareció increíble: habitaciones con escritorio pero estos sin luz. El mobiliario es ok pero esta un poco viejo. El bar restaurant viernes y sábado cerro a las 22 hrs. Demasiado temprano.

ダウンタウンの真ん中に位置しており、何をするにもロケーションは良い。ただし駐車場がない。サービスはまあまあ。部屋に歯ブラシがない。水とお湯は問題ない。朝食は普通。

Very outdated place but clean. Arrogant and unhelpful staff at the reception at arrival. Great location, ok breakfast.

Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but it did feel like a boundary was not respected. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. And the staff I interacted with was quite friendly. I had a rental car and their private parking lot was safe.

Really cannot provide a valued rating here because I did not stay on their site for these dates. I had scheduled this hotel through Expedia, but made a mistake on the dates selected. As I was setting up a number of hotels for October trip, the Expedia site defaulted me back to September of which I did not catch before i booked the trip. Unfortuately the hotel stay was the next day. I tried to cancel, change, but was unable due to the timeframe. A note was sent through Expedia's support to the hotel, but they never responded. Since I did not stay with them and wanted to yet in October, I was just hoping some adjustment could be made. Thank you

Not clean. Bad smell

O hotel precisa de reformas urgentemente. O banheiro apresenta fungos nas paredes. O colchão é velho, curvado e horrível. A cortina do quarto é transparente e não veda a claridade vinda da janela. Tarifa cara demais para um hotel tão decaido. A única coisa que salva é o café da manhã é a educação e simpatia dos funcionários.

Sensacional. Todos os atendentes super atenciosos, café da manhã sensacional, com frutas, buffet continental, restaurante para refeições em horário super flexível e com atendimento impecável. Ótima relação custo-benefício.

La localización es buena, pero tiene espacios de estacionamientos limitados. El personal es amable, a excepción de uno de los recepcionistas nocturnos.

First and foremost not a bad hotel but nothing to rave about. I do feel it's pricy for what they offer. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and are willing to help make your stay better. They accommodated me when my original room was way too hot (hotel has no AC and this particular room had no air flow) and had no privacy (I could see into the hallway across the way). I just wish they told me in advance that the second room was a two single bed room vs a queen. I still would've taken it but imagine my shock when my boyfriend and I walked in to see two beds. The mall is about a 5 min walk which was convenient as my boyfriend forgot his deodorant so we did a little bit of shopping. Across the street from the hotel is the water front and there is a calming path to walk and sightsee. There is Wifi in the room not just the common areas which I feel is hard to find while traveling. Don't get me wrong I still couldn't catch up on my shows before bed but I was able to everything else I needed to do. What I didn't like - for the price I payed I excepted much nicer. I knew in advance that there is no AC but I didn't expect a room with no air (purely based on the location of the room). The second room had better air flow but I feel hotel rooms in general should have a vent system. I didn't like the feeling of opening the window on the 5th floor. The free breakfast is convenient but not the greatest spread but I guess that's a normal expectation even in the States.

Bien préparer son voyage car Puerto Montt peut se révéler être une voie sans issue. La wi-fi dans la chambre était faible et décrochait par moments.

Buena Ubicacion solo algunos problemas de acceso con eventos municipales

Molesto porque me dejaron el auto en la calle sin ninguna posibilidad alternativa de estacionamiento Tina del baño con lonjas grandes de pintura destruidas sin adherencia a la tina Gerente no me dió solución para estacionar.
