Hotel Antumalal

This hotel is fantastic, from the staff to the style, the location and amenities and food excellent and arranged trips were wonderful 10/10, don’t usually give ratings but this hotel deserves it !

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the building itself is nice. But the hotel facilities are showing its age and service is lacking, especially when considering the high rates it charges.

This hotel is quirky in the sense that it pays homage to its design and style which was very avant garde in the 1960s. It is not ultra modern and could seem a little tired but actually feels extremely gracious. We loved it! The ambience is wonderful; the setting is spectacular and the staff attentive without being fussy.

Hotel de mucha tradición en lindo lugar.

This is the best boutique hotel in Chile. It is not cheap but it is genuinely great value - worth every penny. It is unique in its design and location, has super facilities, the staff are lovely, it has extraordinarily beautiful gardens and is super comfortable. The food is great and the wine list too. The only things that let it down are the terrible coffee and disappointing choice of fruit at breakfast. And it would be so easy to fix these! Don't let that stop you going though - you will not regret it. We certainly hope to go back again.

Endroit magnifique proche de toutes les activités sportives et autres et de la ville de pucon. Personnel très agréable et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Attention amoureux des felins si vous etes chanceux un jeune chat errant viendra sollicité votre générosité au petit dej. Un peu de jambon lui fera plaisir contre qq caresses.

Suoer recomendo porque o hotel é muito confortável, funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre preocupados com seu bem-estar, café da manhã, almoço e jantar sao excelentes com ótimas opções e a limpeza impecável. O Hotel tem fácil acesso ao centro e o Uber funciona bem na cidade

El hotel me dejó con sentimientos encontrados: se trata de un hotel antiguo (se nota), con infraestructura regular (tv de habitaciones muy pequeñas y antiguas y un servicio de spa para olvidar), amable servicio del personal que atiende, desayuno correcto pero sin mucha variedad o algo que sorprenda, pero en un entorno que es una real maravilla, ideal para descansar y desconectarse. Mención aparte merece el spa, que no cumple el estandar que se espera para la categoria y valor del hotel (piscina interior no muy temperada, dos salas de masajes de un tamaño minimo y con un servicio de masajes muy deficitario a un precio carísimo: reflexologia y descontracturante con una pistola de masaje kinegun (cuesta 100 mil en Falabella y por cada masaje te cobran 70 mil) y que con el solo ruido no permite relajo alguno, no se hizo cambio de sabanilla con la persona que se atendió antes, no hay preocupación por poner algun aroma especial, oscurecer la salita, velas o música. Solo algo de música cuando terminaba el interminable golpeteo de la pistola. Llegó un momento en que tuve que pedir que me hicieran un masaje "tradicional" con las manos!, el que se realizó de forma muy suave y ocupando una parte pequeña de los 60 min contratados). Una decepción, aun a pesar que en la cuenta cobraron el masaje a mitad del valor después de haber reclamado, no es la experiencia que se espera del spa de un buen hotel. En resumen, hotel de precio mas alto que el que deberia en un entorno maravilloso.

Enjoyed the layout, food and staff

This was one of the most uniquely experiencies at some hotel for me. Everyone knew me before I talked to them, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that was truly appreciated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were experiencies not only meals… the room was cozy and extremely clean, the spa invited you to stay long hours at the warm pools… and the location is amazing the landscape is the most vivid I’ve experienced before..

The hotel needs room updating. The setting & grounds are stunning. The personnel very attentive

More like private estate grounds than a hotel for all of the garden areas and pathways to the pool and the rocky beach. Wonderfully quiet and friendly service. Special!
