Good value for money, great location, great service, breakfast acceptable minimum, very comfortable beds, no aircon may be a problem in the summer, in mid March opening the window in the evening and keeping it ajar for the night solved the no aircon problem
Overall, we will stay again and not hessitate to recommend the place

The staff at Hotel Casa Zanartu were so helpful. We had issues with an excursion we wanted to book and they walked us through the whole thing. Even called the company for us and translated the exchange.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately room a little warm and ac not great but it is an old colonial building.

I was led to believe it was four stars. I had room opening into a courtyard which was a restaurant during the day. The room has very few plugs and certainly no USB. Towels are old, worn and stained. Bed was good and sheets clean.

É um hotel com uma proposta mais clássica. Está numa localização mais central, porém, senti falta de bons restaurantes nos arredores. O atendimento foi excelente, porém, não gostei muito das acomodações, principalmente o banheiro.

First room very small and so upgraded. Second room was larger but had no proper air conditioning and faced onto a noisy courtyard. Breakfasts of low quality and had to upgrade coffee to avoid Nescafé packets. Front desk said area around hotel not safe at night although we nevertheless walked around. Staff, however, were very helpful at a hotel where infrastructure needs to be upgraded.

It's a rather quaint building that isn't fancy. We just chose it more or less at random from the map, as it was fairly cheap. The front desk people have been very helpful and spoke good English. Overall, we're quite pleased with it.

We always stay at Casa Zañartu. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is ample. There is a nice patio for sitting outside and a small restaurant/cafe is available. The ambiance feels very historic and like "old" Chile. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'hôtel. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. Quand nous l'avons signalé à la réception, on nous a dit que c'était normal, que nous aurions dû le savoir, alors que ce n'était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation.
Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est certes compris, mais réduit au minimum : pour le café, on doit se contenter d'une tasse de café soluble... Du jamais vu dans un hôtel !

L'hôtel est très sympa. La musique le matin un peu trop forte. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Dans l'ensemble un bon séjour.

Stay was okay, but left something to be desired. The staff were genuine, helpful and enjoyable to chat with. The hotel room was hot, minimal air flow, towels were stained and old, and the bathrooms shower and door was very difficult to get in and out. Also no bar or hand soap was provided - ensure you bring your own. Otherwise the restaurant has a cute courtyard with a good atmosphere. We came down each night and enjoyed the lights and people watched. Food from restaurant was good, avoid the desserts. The hotel is located a bit out of the main tourist area but felt safe and was fun to explore around the streets.
