En realidad nos quedamos solo porque no habia alojamiento en otro sitio, su relación precio calidad es malo. Las piezas no tienen acustica, son chicas y las comodidades en ella no son lo mejor televisor viejo, cama normal, baño con problemas en la ducha . No volveria a menos que al estar alla no tuviese otra opcion

El hotel es centrico y su personal amable, las instalaciones lucen renovadas, aunque en un estilo antiguo. Más que un hotel es un hostal. Las habitaciones son frías, la TV rídicula. Pero nadie se aloja para ver tv. Las camas son cómodas.Todo esto no estaría mal si su precio al menos 20 o 30% inferior. En mi opinión es demasiado caro para el servicio que ofrece.

This hotel was in a way to center of downtown La Serena from the bus terminal. Hotel staff was nice, and the building was cool with a resemblance to colonial days. However, our bathroom smelled bad and there was no garbage can, towels, nor good wifi.

tiny, dirty room, lots of half fixed, shoddily maintained things. if that's breakfast, don't bother. Okay location just off center square, but very busy street. Very noisy hotel corridor, with noise spilling into the room, at all hours. Room smelled, shower holder broken, 5 flushes of toilet to get things gone.

Place was nice. The room we stayed in was a bit weird, light shining through the opaque windows above the doors at night but dark in the morning.... Breakfast was smaller than minimal. If you can get the room cheaper without breakfast take up the option as it's not worth paying any extra at all for what you get. Would have received a better score if the room rate did not have breakfast 'included'.

En general la estadía estuvo bien, aunque las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha todo lo de afuera y habitaciones cercanas. Comoda vía mucho calor abríamos la ventana y entraba más ruido aún y no había ventildor o aire acondicionado en la habitación. Faltaban superficies en el baño como para dejar los útiles de aseo personal y la ducha no es teléfono. Las sabanas bien suaves pero el colchón no tan comodo y crujía cada vez que uno se daba vueltas en la cama. La atención del personal y amabilidad muy buena, sobre todo me ayudaron en lo relacionado con las comidas y mamaderas de nuestra bebé. Lo mejor, la ubicación, súper céntrica, más si te tiene niños y muy cerca de la playa, 10-15 minutos en auto.

Tuvimos problemas con el check in porque no habían recibido la reserva de la página. Por suerte mi notebook viaja conmigo y tenía carga. El conserje (Mario) fue muy amable y de esta manera la espera se hizo más llevadera. La única contra que tiene la habitación es la, más bien, pobre iluminación, fuera de eso está todo bien.
