Muy buena opción de hospedaje, amabilidad en el personal, excelente servicio.

Huge room, very clean, lots of amenities and super nice staff! I arrived at 7:30am from a long overnight trip, they allowed me to have breakfast and had the courtesy of providing early check in at around 10:30am, which I had not asked but I think I looked really tired. They truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful.

Accessible to everywhere in the city. Great and hidden away. Great access to the mall and public transportation

Bom custo benefício...uns 500mts a pe do costanera center. Do lado da torre esquerda do hotel (meu quarto era o 203) tem uma casa que eu contei uns 11 cachorros. Ou seja, se quiser descanso na parte da manhã/tarde é impossível. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e 1 dia depois do check-in conseguimos. Fomos pro 204 e apesar da cama nao ser mais king, o silencio era ótimo. Cafe da manha simples, mas que agrada a todos. Alem do costanera nao vi nada próximo, como uma farmacia, mercado, restaurante, etc. No geral, recomendo pra quem queira ir ao constanera a pé, pois pra tudo será necessario solicitar um uber. Valeu a experiência.

Stayed for one night between transport to Argentina. Staff were great, room was big, bed was comfy. Bathroom a little cozy, but fine. Great location for getting around Providencia.

Had some really great sauna sessions! Have to book in the hot tub and sauna and steam room but wasn't a problem. They change out the water in the hot tub and clean the sauna and steam before each use, so 1 hour ahead is minimum, but they preheat as well so when you step in it's hot. Steam room temperature was too low for us, so we used the Sauna which was first class and hot as..Hot tub was really good as well and rooftop views, was great at sunset and if you wish can order drinks...There is a lap pool that is always open, cold and you need goggles as chlorine is high, but got some good laps in, small though about 15-18 mtres, but workable. Area of hotel is right off the freeway but noise not too bad with windows shut and AC on, but we don't like AC and slept fine with windows open. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We didn't eat breakfast as we like to swim and sauna in the AM, but it looked good and reasonably priced. Big shopping centre 5 minute easy walk with tons of options for eating, also around the area there are tons of options as well within walking distance. Providencia is one of the better neighborhoods and family friendly, overall felt very secure even when we had a night out at the hard rock in the shoppin centre and walked back after midnight. Metro station close by as well, and we used it daily. You can save some bucks by taking metro to bus station and then bus to Valpairaiso - but better to take the bus to Vina Del mar IMO, nicer area. Overall great

Everything is close to the hotel

There’s nothing around the property. If you want to eat anything, you have to walk quite a bit to find restaurants. Although it’s not far, it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere.

Place was a little run down. Closet store was a mile walk. They should have had a little mini market on site. Carpets were dirty, residential area so dogs were barking a lot. Overpriced bar with frozen food. Paid for breakfast every morning but only had coffee. I guess they didn’t understand us or it didn’t matter. View was nice on the top of the hotel. Didn’t use the pool or spa, too cold.

Nice cozy and welcoming, near costanera shopping center. Breakfast good, restaurant basic. Rooms are a bit vintage but really comfortable.

Excellent staff, very friendly yet professional, and more important, very helpful. Large room with bath (suite). Would recommend.

Another very good staying experience with Hotel Los Espanoles. Very good location, within 10 mins walking to the closest subway station. Very helpful staff, making our stay a very pleasant one, though we don’t speak Spanish. The area is good too. We can walk to the main tourist stop easily. The cable to the top of the mountain is worth the visit.

Very satisfying stay, including check-in, cleanliness, staff friendly, security and overall experience. They respond to your request promptly. They made your stay easy and comfortable. There are quite a lot good restaurants around as this hotel locates 10mins walk to the tallest building in South America. The only thing might be a problem to some people is the traffic noice from the main road outside at night. I’m fine as I am a faster sleeper. Thanks for the hospitality. Will stay again.
