Muy buena ubicación para varios lugares de la ciudad y para cenar. Personal muy amable y buen precio.

The location is perfect in Lastarria district, which is a hip neighborhood with lots of food options. Walking distance to the city center, multiple metro stations are in walking distance. Very friendly and kind staff. The hotel is older and is on a busy street, but it is clean and has great breakfast. They arrange taxis for airport at a very reasonable set price. The hotel price is also unbeatable.

We are repeat customers because we like the easy going vibe and uniqueness of Hotel Montecarlo.

It was a smaller hotel with great convenience in old town

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber sauber, die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und auch die Bäder sind gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber reichlich. Wir waren schon das zweite mal da, weil es zentral in der Nähe der Uni und der Metro liegt. Die Gegend in dem das Hotel liegt grenzt an ein Viertel mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurant und Kneipen mit nationaler und internationaler Küche. Gegenüber des Hotels liegt der Park Santa Lucia und mit der Metro ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Santiago.

The hotel was well sited, easy to get to and central for museums, Art Galleries, bars and restaurants. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant were closed and our room suffered from traffic noise although it was large and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable but always the same and as we were staying for some time the lack of variety was a disappointment. The slight disappointment with some aspects was alleviated by the very good, friendly and helpful staff.

Arrived very early off an intercontinental flight and was able to check in at 9am (obviously depends on the hotel not being full), shared van driver who'd never been to the hotel before found it with ease. Rooms are a little dated and there's no tea or coffee making provided, but had good views of the park opposite, air conditioning worked though it leaked a bit, lighting was adequate and the wifi reception was good in most places, though strangely not at the bed. Bathroom and shower doors were in need of repair but had no issues running my kettle element off the power supplies. Continental breakfast was limited but reasonable, got a little busy after 9am but quiet beforehand, reception provided luggage storage and taxi bookings back to the airport. Generally quiet though could hear some TV from other rooms and think a neighbour had an issue with their door lock that maintenance had to make noise trying to fix. On Thursday night there was low music noise from a venue nearby between 11pm and 6am, but strangely no noise Friday night except for the traffic which is constant as the room windows are single glazed. Would have preferred a duvet to the blankets offered, but generally a well located property within easy walking distance of Balla Arts, Plaza De Armas and a couple of subway stations, the area seemed reasonably safe, and there's plenty of hotel staff to look after any additional needs.

●部屋にケトル、コップ、ゴミ箱なしにびっくりした。日本では考えられません。 ●エアコンの音がうるさい。　特に４３号室。 ●お掃除はきちんとしてあります。 ●五泊中４回、部屋のカードキーが作動せずフロントでとりかえた。謝りもなし。 ●シャワーは熱いお湯は出るが、床に水が流れないから水浸しになる。 ●アメニティは石鹸、マウスウォッシュのみです。ドライヤーなし。 ●スタッフは良い人が半数くらい。 あとは無愛想。 ●観光地へのアクセス、周りの街の雰囲気はとても良い ●レストランは綺麗で朝ごはんも最低限揃っていた。 値段より価値が低い、2度と利用しない。 日本のホテルのクオリティが良いのかもしれないが世界中色々仕事柄泊まりますが、ここは、おすすめできません。

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado e limpo. Muito boa localização, fizemos tudo a pé nas proximidades.Chuveiro e cama bons. Café da manhã razoável e começa tarde, 7:30 hs. Recepção com alguns atendentes atenciosos, outros nem tanto.

Everything was confy

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa recepção e tão pouco boa estadia. Não tenho nada há reclamar do Carlos , simpático e solicito. Porém o que é oferecido deixa a desejar. Propriedade velha e sem manutenção, limpeza móveis com pó na recepção. Não há restaurante e tão pouco bar e adega como descrito. Problema no encanamento. Cama confortável. Sinceramente, caro e está com uma avaliação nada correspondente com a realidade.

Bem localizado em relação a atrações turísticas. Hotel antigo e precisando de algumas reformas. Café da manha muito ruim.

Not at all like the photos suggested, it was run down and the sink and shower were easily blocked. However the great location made up for this for the length of my stay.

Bien, destaco la calidad de servicio, eso es muy buen, hotel limpio, bien organizado, algo antiguo y cosas mejorables, pero por la misma antigüedad de las dependencias.

El problema fué que hice la reserva von ustedes y me confié, llegué tarde y me informan en el hotel que no estaban recibiendo reservas a través de ninguna página porque están trabajando solo con el MINSAL, "AMABLEMENTE " Pero la tarífa fué de $50.000, no lo que ustedes ofrecen.Adenas el desayuno fué muy pobre y en vsjilla desechable. No créo que vuelva a confiar en HOTELS.COM me siento estafado.Mi reservas está a Nombre de mi señora CLAUDIA VALSASNINO, cualquier reembolso que quieran hacer me solicitan la cuenta corriente de ella porfavor

Great location. Many restaurants near by. Friendly staff

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. El internet en la habitación es muy básico no para negocios, apenas para revisar correos y hacer llamadas. El desayuno continental, panes, cereal jugos, queso, jamones, galletas frutas muy buenas y yogurt. La atención del personal muy buena. Me prestaron un adaptador para el cargador del celular que agradezco mucho. La cama buena y en el baño te dan shampoo jabones y gorra de baño, también secador de pelo. Queda al lado de una calle principal por lo que un poco ruidoso en las tarde y al comienzo de las mañanas, pero se duerme muy bien.

Recomendo o MonteCarlo Hotel pela excelente localização, quarto amplo, muito confortável e limpo, todos funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã bom com pouca variedade. Voltarei a me hospedar outras vezes lá.
