Hotel Sommelier Boutique was wonderful! The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Costumer service was great with staff being very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many important Santiago landmarks and sites, along with a slew of restaurants and cafes. It is also a 5 minute walk from the artsy Lastarria neighborhood. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and so was the rooftop restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel!

I love this hotel so much that I get upset when my company doesn't allocate enough money to stay there. The people are very friendly and work with my Spanish practice although they are fluent in English.
Although the breakfast area is small, they put on a very nice breakfast buffet. They also offer coffee that I like, coffee caliente con leche fría.
The location is perfect for visiting .Santiago Centro, is centered around Plaza de Armas, the city's historical heart. There are many shops and local vendors line the streets selling their wares. There are musicians busking on the city corners. There is such a vibrant, joyous feeling that I spend a lot of time there.
Also very close to the hotel is the Cerro Santa Lucía (Santa Lucia Hill). This hill, located in the city center, offers a park with staircases and plazas leading to a viewpoint at the summit.
There are fruit and vegetable markets walkable from this hotel.

This hotel was very nice. Front desk staff all spoke English and were very accommodating to our needs. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very basic and when eggs got cold they didn’t replace them. Parking was just down the street for $10 per day. Located in a central area of Santiago. I would stay at this place again.

Hotel muy cómodo, muy limpio, todo se ve muy impecable. Hay que dejar un depósito de USD $50 al check-in, que me sorprendió pero si no rompes nada te lo regresan de inmediato al check-out. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro, de un supermercado y de muchos bares y restaurantes.

An excellent place to stay! Location and service is top notch. The staff is super friendly and genuine. Assistance for any excursions or directions is always available at the front desk and rooms are spacious, clean and updated. If I go back to STGO this is my place.

El servicio de todo el personal es excelente, todos son muy amables. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, hay restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y estación del metro muy cerca.
El desayuno tiene muchas opciones y es muy sabroso.

The the hotel is really well located near the metro and mini great shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the Plaza de armas. Breakfast was included in our stay and is excellent. We had a suite overlooking one of the main streets, which was very quiet staff and cleanliness of the hotel superior would stay here again.

Hotel muy cómodo, muy limpio, todo se ve muy impecable. Hay que dejar un depósito de USD $50 al check-in, que me sorprendió pero si no rompes nada te lo regresan de inmediato al check-out. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del metro, de un supermercado y de muchos bares y restaurantes.

An excellent place to stay! Location and service is top notch. The staff is super friendly and genuine. Assistance for any excursions or directions is always available at the front desk and rooms are spacious, clean and updated. If I go back to STGO this is my place.

El servicio de todo el personal es excelente, todos son muy amables. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, hay restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados y estación del metro muy cerca.
El desayuno tiene muchas opciones y es muy sabroso.
Las instalaciones del cuarto son muy buenas, a excepción de la cama y su base, la cual no era estable.

The the hotel is really well located near the metro and mini great shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the Plaza de armas. Breakfast was included in our stay and is excellent. We had a suite overlooking one of the main streets, which was very quiet staff and cleanliness of the hotel superior would stay here again.

Publica que tiene estacionamiento concertado o conveniado pero no es así.
25 USD por una noche en estacionamiento más cercano que supuestamente tiene convenio. Cepillo para limpiar inodoro sin líquido desinfectante y con restos de heces.
