Dayin International Youth Hostel (Shanghai Nanjing East Road;People's Square;The Bund Branch)

Dayin located in a nice location closed to People's square metro and shopping street. The room is clean and simple good for 2 persons. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The location is the best. Just outside the Walking street and near the metro station. Very convenient. Clean and well maintained. They will give you pillow cases, blankets and slippers. I was hoping for a towel too but that is fine, i just need to but a disposable one. I am not really into hostels bacause I can’t move freely inside the rooms as it may disturb your other roommates BUT that is expected on hostels and I don’t take that against my score. Overall recommended if you are on a budget and open to sharing rooms.

깨끗하고 여러모로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 객실 안에 사물함 잠금 해제할 때 소리가 상당히 큰 점은 조금 아쉽네요. 그 외에는 모두 대만족입니다. 특히 침대가 편안하고, 이불이 매우 따뜻해서 좋았어요.

A great hostel with friendly staff. Feixiao with the reception had been very helpful during my stay. The property is located within walking distance of major tourist attractions in Shanghai. They also have a tap room with a variety of beer selections.

A really clean and nice hostel in the centre of Shanghai. 10/10 would recommendd

Minimal space for moving around in the room but high quality just the same. Clean & very comfortable. Some staff highly fluent in English to help with questions. Generous drink tickets available to redeem on site. Food wasn't great but it's very close to walkable shopping/dining and public transportation.

Pros: walking distance to Nanjing Road, metro line 2 portal 19, community setting, self service free laundry, local cheap eateries on adjacent street. Cons: comparibly expensive hotel breakfast compared to local restaurants downstairs, noise echos down hallways but they offer free earplugs in lobby.

交通至便。 ドミトリーの価格としては、一昔前の中国に比較すれば高いけれど、まぁ国際価格でいえばこんなものですね。 収容人数に対するトイレとシャワーの数が少しすくないのと、シャワー室の床の排水があまり良くないのがマイナス１。同室の人たちの荷物で公共空間がほぼないのも少し気になります、でもベッドはよく眠れました。 総合的に言って、また宿泊すると思います。

자하철 2호선에 시내 중심가에 위치해서 유명 관광지나 공항으로 이동하기가 편했어요

저렴하게 이용하기 좋아요. 다만 화장을 할수 있는 공간에 사람이 한명밖에 들어가지 못해, 대부분 화장실 혹은 샤워실의 세면대에서 화장을 하는데, 물건을 놔둘데가 없는것이 너무 불편했어요. 선반 같은 시설이 있었으면 좋겠어요

The hostel has a nice shared area and bar. We also got a free upgrade to a slightly larger private room which was very kind of them. The room was still quite small, so the smaller room would have been extremely tight for 2 people with rucksacks etc. Overall the room was great. The only thing which was weird was that the bathroom door was made entirely of glass, so your partner/roommate can fully see you sitting on the toilet, so we had to agree not to move from the bed when the other of us wanted to use the toilet - bit odd. The shower also didn’t drain quickly, so sometimes water got all over the bathroom floor as the shower overflowed. You can also be clearly seen in the shower by your partner if that bothers you. Breakfast cost about £3.50 each which was ok value, but it only alright, quite basic. We got a free welcome drink voucher, which was a nice touch, and there were bottles of water left in the room each day. We picked the hostel for the gym. It was a bit run down - a random selection of weights, a bike whose seat didn’t go high enough, a treadmill with broken edges, and a squat rack (but again not many weight plates). It was better than nothing, but also not as good as I expected. The best thing about the hostel was probably the location. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming - they always seemed a bit stressed, and didn’t really have much of a customer service personality. But they helped us with everything we needed as best as they could.

인민광장 근처에 위치해 다른 곳으로 이동하기가 편해요. 숙소는 깨끗하고 편안했고, 직원들은 친절해요.

フロントの隣りに雰囲気の良いBARがあって、ネット環境も良好です。ビジターのトイレ、シャワーの使い方がよいともっと高評価になると思いました。
