Hilton Garden Inn Guangzhou Baiyun Airport

We did enjoyed ourselves here, while waiting for next flight at midnight from this morning. Room surprised me with stylish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We slept well for couple of hours. It was a bit of challenge to contact hotel for the shuttle service from airport to hotel but eventually got it sorted, thank you.

Close to airport

The restaurant had great food with comfortable lounging area and very spacious. Staff was exceptional and very accommodating.

The front desk staff was great! Very help and answered all of our questions. Even though the ac wasn’t that cold we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet food was delicious!

Actually it is not in the vincinity of the airport. Quite far.

The hotel room was fairly new, very large, and had a small kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. A lot of time was wasted on this.

Good for a short stay (near the airport)

Staff are friendly, room is clean however I do not believe the hotel has restaurant.

The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Another highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning on future business trips to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!
