We had a really good time at the hotel, grace and all the staff were so helpful and kind. Very stunning location around the mountains. The shuttle transfer was so easy to arrange thanks to grace. Would highly recommend staying here

The service from the staff was exceptional and really was the highlight of the trip. Elvis and Felix spoke English and really helped us navigate the city, arrange rides and make plans.
The location is beautiful and very relaxing, though the distance from the city made it a bit challenging to get food.
The provided breakfast was excellent and the restaurant on site was also really good (but a bit pricey).

WOW. The place was so beautiful. It was sat between mountains with the BEST scenes ever. The room we stayed in was so beautiful and had an unreal view of the hills. The food was also amazing. We had certain requirements as we can only eat halal food, and they made sure to accommodate as best they could. Felix and Elvis were honestly so good. The best service ever. They helped us prepare and helped with our whole itinerary to Tianmen Mountains and the Avatar Mountains. From the airport, a driver was provided, and picked us up promptly. The car was luxury. As part of the itinerary, they also booked our tickets to the 2 mountains, and provided us with drivers to and from there. We were honestly stress free and the whole experience was exceptional. Anytime we had any enquiries, we just messaged the team and they got back to us within minutes.

This is a very rural hotel, once you are there you will be staying here! But it’s perfect for a visit to the Zhangjiajie national park.
The rooms are great, a lot of attention to details and the water noise is perfect to fall asleep to.
The staff are very attentive and want to help, especially Felix, he made a real difference to our stay.
The free shuttle to/from the airport/train station was high quality and on time to meet us.

The host Destiny is phenomenal! He makes sure we are taking care of with all small details, all stuff are super friendly and very helpful from start to finish.
Food is simple and very delicious, you had the chance tasting traditional chinese local cuisine fusion with western style.
The stay, it's beyond "AMAZING"!!! From Chinese culture exterior to modern spacious suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 king size bed with its own ensuite, totally a secret gem!
Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!!

The hotel is truly unique in terms of surrounding and buildings (though it was in a remote area). The stay was an exceptionly experience to us. We were greeted by the manager and sent off by him personally. He was warmth and sincere when servicing us. The overall feel of the stay was marvelous.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet établissement et notre avis est mitigé. Premier point : à notre arrivée, la chambre initialement réservée n’était pas disponible, donc on nous a séparés en deux chambres.
Ensuite, sur le site l’hôtel est situé en ville alors qu’il est en réalité en dehors (25 minutes de voiture) ce qui peut surprendre si on ne le sait pas. L’établissement propose heureusement une navette pour venir vous chercher, mais il faut en être conscient à l’avance pour éviter de perdre du temps, comme cela nous est arrivé.
Enfin, dernier point négatif : à notre arrivée, il n’y avait ni eau ni chauffage pendant plusieurs heures, ce qui a été assez inconfortable. Une fois ces soucis réglés, le logement était neuf, spacieux et le petit-déjeuner très correct.

La habitación muy bonita, pero el comedor le falta mucho de distinta comida .
Que las que atienden no estén encima de ti en todo.. parece que nunca has viajado .

Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto esse hotel é bonito e aconchegante. No meio das montanhas, quartos e casas incríveis. Só vi um ponto ruim que foi a quantidade de besouros no quarto, mas faz sentido, estávamos entre montanhas em meio a natureza.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very nice, this is comfortable and providing great service. The Wi-Fi is good. You have a team of people looking after you and making sure that your state is wonderful and meeting your needs. It's intended as a resort-style experience where you stay in the hotel but do not go out.
The only negative aspect about this hotel is the location. It is located in a rural area. It's approximately 10 kilometers away from the city. This was not well-communicated in the map on Hotel.com. We were having difficulty locating the hotel. In addition, the check-in process was confusing because there was no one to greet us, and the property is very spread out. There were no clear signage for drivers or hotel’s guests to locate main office and check in. Fortunately, I had a driver who was able to call the hotel and speak to them in Chinese, and they were able to direct me to the right locations. Otherwise, for an international traveler who does not speak Chinese, it may be difficult to locate the hotels and check-in.
But once you are checked in, your stay is very comfortable. You can get didi car to get to town. It can cost about 40 RMB per one way.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If you had the right expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel again.

Everything about our stay was incredible, the staff was excellent, the food was delicious, hot, and fresh as well as plentiful. Outstanding group will definitly return!!!

The staff was very welcoming and nice, very attentive to our stay. The two rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The resort is very quiet and well maintained in the main areas. It was nice to stroll around the property. Breakfast was great with many options. Dinner was a little limiting for our tastseand the resort is a little scheduled, but that allows for the quiet atmosphere.

The staff were very kind and helped us attentively wherever we went. The hotel had an amazing view, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was served buffet-style and was very delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends
