We couldn't stay at this hotel because it was closed by the police so they sent me and my colleague to another branch where it was cheaper and we had to pay for taxi to the seminar place. Unfortunately we didn't get any pay back or any help at all. We didn't know the hotel was closed until we reach China and the taxi called to the hotel for us : (

The bed was comfortable and the area I did not like the cleanse and one English chanel

I was there for 3 nights God I suffered! The dirt rooms ! The cockroaches climbing on yr Bed in middle of the nite it was hell on earth! I won't recommend my worse enemy to stay here!

Not bad overall for a economy inn, just that the management should be improved as I were relocated to another hotel in their chain due to overbook.

rooms were up to the mark... but the worst part we have faced was the breakfast...

I do not recommend this hotel. Not clean at all and below standards

I like the area every thing is near to you MRT,RESTURANTS,BUS STATION 2 HONG KONG AIR PORT OR CITY OR MACO FROM GARDEN HOTEL. THE HOTEL IS ACCEPTAPLE FOR LOW BUDGET WITH NICE AREA

・治安が良い地区にあり、駐在日本人も多いエリアのようです。 ・Wi-fi無料 ・朝食無料（ただし、毎日同じメニュー：チャーハン、焼きそば、パン、おかゆ、ゆでたまご、などバイキングスタイル）※食後にタバコを吸い始める外国人宿泊者もいたが、スタッフのおばちゃんは何もいわない。 ・KEVINという受付に気さくな青年と、若い女性スタッフが交替勤務。いずれも対応に不足はない。 ・毎日のベットメイキングも不足はない。 ・豪華ホテルではなく、イメージは少し古めのビジネスホテルな感じ。 ・バスタブはない。基本的に中国はシャワーのみ。バスルームの床はさほど綺麗ではないので、素足で抵抗ある場合は備え付けのサンダルを履くことになる。 ・部屋のドアはICカード式のオートロックだが、ICの調子がイマイチで、毎日フロントで上書きしないと開かなかった。（中国と考えれば、大きな問題ではない） ・ベットは固め（自分の好みの硬さだったので、よく眠れた） ・部屋は比較的静かであった。 ・比較的広い部屋にあたったようだ。約25～30㎡くらいかな。 ・出張なら問題なくおすすめできる。

地下鉄とスーパーが近くにあり、ロケーションは、良いですが、ホテルは、単に寝るだけで、くつろげる雰囲気ではありませんでした。

This is not a hotel, it's small dirty pension, I booked this hotel for 15 days with continental breakfast, the breakfast is really shocking ....very dirty small room (no more than 4msq) ...on the breakfast time they gave me a small kids milk drink and one egg! Honestly I couldn’t even site on the dirty chair, so I left and since that 1st day I strted eat somewhere else. You can even give this hotel a single star, this hotel is shouldn’t be rated. The only good thing about it is location wise, close to Metro (taojin Station on line 5) Not recommended to anybody at all.

網上訂房時有世貿兩個字,實際卻沒有,極難找,令 人混亂,而問了幾個當地的人路也說不知道. 訂房時的相片跟實際的差

We were searching for a 3 star hotel in Guangzhou on Expedia.ca, and this hotel popped up under this category. We were under the impression that this was a 3 star hotel, but after checking in, the room was not what we expected. After adding an additional 100 RMB per night room upgrade, we recieved the best room in the hotel. However, we still found everything there filthy. There were cockroaches found in the elevator. There was dust, hair, and dirt everywhere. The carpets were never vacuumed, and the floors were never swept. The bed sheets have yellow and brown stains on it, and the bathroom smelt of sewage. Dirty sheets were piled on the stairway between the 14th and 15th floor. There was a hair dryer mounted on the wall with a short broken cord attached; we were unable to make use of this. When we inquired about upgrading to a better room at the reception desk, the hotel manager over heard our conversation and reacted in a very unprofessional manner. She made it very clear that she was upset with our dissatisfaction, and instead of addressing our concerns she provided little assistance making it seem like we were the ones inconveniencing her. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel doesn't even qualify as a 1 star.

Вот многое хорошо. Единственное пожелание хотельерам - исправить адрес. Он полностью не совпадаем с фактическим, что указан в подтверждении и на сайте hotels.com. Добавить нужно в адрес, что рецепция на 16 этаже. Это нормально, но клиент должен это все знать заранее. Остальное нормально за такую цену и даже больше!

OK condition for overall guestroom quality regarding the reasonable price. Perfect location in downtown with great price.
