Nice hotel to stay for vocation with family. Peaceful place for us to escape from cities.

Great hotel to spend on a short 3 days vacation

The hotel staff is friendly and polite. We like the environment very much because we feel comfortable and peaceful during our stay. Also the swimming pool is clean ans the beach is in front of the pool . It make wonderful! We will bring the family group to here again .😊

今次訂住upgraded room , 住在9樓。（上次住12樓） 今次酒店外邊有裝修，8時多已被吵醒….. 很困擾。不明白不安排去較高樓層或給予優惠作賠償。 星期四早上去早餐，有職員建議去另外一層用歺，因為樓下餐廳大堂用歺很多人。但星期五早上，竟然取消另外一層用歺！正堂那邊排隊超過20 人，當時係9:45am…… 我查問為何今天不開另一層，職員竟然答今天星期五比昨天少人，所以不開放額外樓層。唔係呀？星期五，六入住率一向係高峰，這是常識吧！估唔到所謂五星洒店要排隊吃早餐，不作即時反應！ 房間整理非常好，員工友善。海灘、泳池也整潔不錯。

整體方便舒適，員工禮貌環境優秀，有私人獨立泳池沙灘，交通方便地鐵步行5分鐘可到達，是一間度假優勝之酒店。

地方寬敞，環境舒適。但房租略嫌貴了一點。

Had a wonderful stay at the Club Intercontinental! A great breakfast surely brighten up our day! Special thanks to Neo Wang for his wonderful service. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant at the Club building.

The hotel is well maintained. It is clean, spacious and very comfy. Hotel staff is very nice, well trained and smart. Kudos to those at the concierge and the restaurants coping with large breakfast crowd and those definitely not friendly and bad mannered guests grabbing breakfast at the buffet table, dropping stuff on the tables and floors, shouting when they were told to queue for a table at peak hours when their peers were busy emptying trays of food and loading them onto their own plates, reluctant to leave. Big applause to the hotel staff. Not that I will return to this hotel, but I like the brand. Will visit their others.

The staff went above and beyond. One of the best stays Ive had.

Only one thing is unacceptable about my booking and actual check-in: In my booking, it's showing include breakfast for 2. But when I check-in, hotel lobby staff told me the booking from Expedia does not include breakfast. They asked me to contact Expedia. I only found a virtual agent. But my question still pending

This hotel resort ranks high amongst all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel itself has a beautiful lobby and friendly (english speaking) staff to greet you. The room is great and has an amazing waterfront view.

I was eagerly looking forward to a week long getaway At Intercontinental Dameisha Resort and was very disappointed. The check in lines are horrendously long wait times. After finally checking into my room the air conditioning kept shutting off and the room was continually hot. It cut off in the middle of the night. I woke up sweating. I turned it on again in the morning went to the fitness center, but when ai returned it was hot again. I went downstairs to the front desk to request another room. They instead sent a maintenance person. The air worked while the maintenance guy was there. Then again it went out in the night. Two unbearable, expensive, nights wasted miserably hot. I went down and requested another room. I was moved into the next room. I was ready to go to the pool and the safe didn’t work. I returned to the front desk. Again maintenance was sent to repair the safe. The next day the sink was clogged. I returned once again to the front desk and had to again wait on maintenance. It definitely was not a relaxing, stress free holiday. I was annoyed that I had spent the money. However; next holiday it is certain I will choose a different hotel for my holiday.

A beach hotel that is actually on the beach. Perfect golden sand, warm and safe waters with huge swimming pools for adults and children. Well equipped gym. Outlet shopping area 10 minutes walk away. We are here off season and very quiet. As a large hotel could be difficult to get loungers in high season. Reasonable breakfast. Dinner only worth it if included. Food and drinks very expensive. Overall very clean and lovely hotel.
