We stayed during a 28hr stopover in Shanghai - apart form being a little tricky to find (there’s signs for Moonlo hotel and Manli - the reception staff referred to the hotel as Moonlo) it was perfect. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and very clean. Bed was super comfy. Also stocked with everything you could need! 10/10 - I wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Friendly and helpful staff that allowed us to check in early (for a small fee)

Convenient for the airport, located in a small shopping centre area. Didi dropped us on road and entrance is visible from road. Quick check in. Room was big with plenty of hot water and lighting very good. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. No restaurant available for dinner but there are local options available nearby together with Pizza Hut, Burger King and Starbucks. Shuttle to airport was complimentary and worked well.

Beautiful room
Great service to leave the hotel
A little bit hard to find the shuttle service (just received through application when arriving at airport , with just WiFi in some areas of the airport) and not where we have to meet but convenient

Great service and excellent spoken English by Thomas at the front desk during our late check in. Hotel is beautiful and not your typical chain hotel decor, which was a refreshing change. Small kids play area in the lobby area, where one can enjoy tea as well. Convenience stores, Burger King and multiple dining options right at the doorstep. Take note that the hotel does not have a car front porch, you have to alight by the road and pull your luggage in about 30m (1-2 min walk). I did not really see how wheelchair accessible this was. Something to note.

the best stuff in this hotel r the best very helpful, kind, very professionals how to deal with some who lost a passport in a different country with not that much of English, where the google is restricted in China.
the hotel is very nice and close to the Pudong Airport that they offer shuttle to the airport, and no need to orders a taxi.
highly recommended to the traveler's with the transit to a different airport this hotel.

Everyone was super friendly, and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfy. If the water pressure were a bit stronger, it’d be perfect. Big thanks to Thomas for being so helpful. Thanks to him, I could relax and had no issues with my schedule.

The hotel staff were amazing. We didn’t realise we couldn’t use credit cards in Japan for the taxi so the hotel sorted it out and we reimbursed them. Also accompanied us to nearby restaurant to do same for food. Even offered to order us so food to our room via their own app. Went above and beyond. Excellent

방도 넓고 침대도 편하고 조식 아주머니도 친절하시고 전체적으로 괜찮았으나...마지막에 공항 셔틀 서비스가 정말 충격적이었네요. 호텔 차량에서 쩐 담배냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 공항가는 20분 사이에 창문도 없는 차 안에서 호흡한 후 ㅠㅠ 하루종일 속이 울렁거리고 혀가 말려들어갈정도로 냄새가 심했습니다. 인천공항에 내렸는데 아직까지 혀가 얼얼하네요. 이럴줄 알았다면 비용이 나가더라도 셔틀 서비스를 이용하지는 않았을텐데... 혹시 담배냄새랑 니코틴에 민감하신분들은 호텔 차량 이용 안하시는게 좋을듯요. 정말 최악입니다.
