Excellent location excellent hotel. A little bit old but everything is updated and modernized

The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, close to many popular attractions, trendy shopping malls, and traditional Beijing residential areas. The staff are exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were fully met. I would especially like to mention Mr. 宋大明 (Mr. Song Daming). As foreigners, we had difficulty booking tickets to some museums, but Mr. Song patiently helped us plan our visits and made the bookings with us. Thanks to his thoughtful and dedicated assistance, our trip to Beijing was much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Thank you, Mr. Song!

Excellent hotel. Very nice bedroom and bathroom. Overall, very high standards

Good location, right smack in the city. My check in was delayed even though it state 2pm and i checked in at 2. So had to wait till 3 to get a clean room. Came back at 3 and they said it was not ready. Anyway one of the manager came in and saved the day and gave me a room immediately. The only grief was that because i used my non chinese card to enter china, i had to re register my hotel card every evening after i get back.. it is quite inconvenient for me. Saving grace was Nathan, bell boy who went the extra mile to help me retrieve my delivery from the delivery box as i wasnt able to do so.. i think its not the same 5 star pan pacific experience as i would expect but overall it was a good stay. The reception staff probably needs a lot more training. I

We had a great one night stay here, very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent and the room was great.

スタッフは非常に親切です。老人や子供がいたので事前に部屋のことについてメールでやり取りしましたが、レスポンスも早く、対応も非常によかったです。部屋も清潔で、交通の便もよかったです。アリペイを利用したレンタル自転車の使い方や、タクシーの予約に手間取った時も素早く親切に対応していただきました。また北京に来る機会があったら利用したいと思います。

The bed was so hard I was tempted to sleep on the sofa. I ended up using the extra pillows as a makeshift “mattress” just to be able to sleep. Otherwise, the room I had was spacious and clean. There were strange noises, almost like loud banging in the pipes in the mornings and evenings, but only for short periods. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might be a good idea to request a room located away from the main pipes. Very friendly staff, who spoke barely any English, but with translation apps, it’s no problem at all. The location is great, with shopping centers nearby, and with a Starbucks right outside, your morning coffee is saved ;)

Nice comfortable room. The bed is comfortable. However the pillows are too soft for me. Need to request for other kind of pillows. Plus point: coffee machine but the taste of capsule coffee is so-so only. Not original Nespresso coffee. Breakfast buffet has decent range of choices.

Great place to stay

Les chambres sont parfaites, grandes, confortables et propres. Mais le bémol vient du spa, vieillissant avec des jacuzzi qui ne « bullent » plus depuis belle lurette et qui perdent de nombreux tessons de mosaïque. Autre problème, le lounge, qui ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Pas de « petit » buffet le soir, mais un menu servi à la place avec le choix entre deux plats. Souci, ces deux options ne changent pas d’un soir sur l’autre (je suis resté quatre nuits et j’ai toujours eu droit aux deux mêmes plats). Mieux vaut donc éviter de prendre une chambre exécutive. De très nombreux restaurants pullulent à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel. L’établissement est situé dans le quartier des affaires et est desservi par une station de métro (Xidan) où se croisent deux lignes (1 et 4), très pratique.

Except for a few front desk staff, I hardly found any employees who could communicate in English. The staff's appearance was not particularly neat. The room temperature was set to 29°C, making it uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn’t work, so I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was quite different from Pan Pacific in Singapore, so keep this in mind when booking your stay.

I stayed for six nights at this hotel and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The breakfast was mediocre at best, lacking variety and flavor. The furnishings throughout the hotel were quite dated, which made the overall experience feel less luxurious than anticipated. Extra bed was extremely uncomfortable—super hard and difficult to sleep on, far from what I'd expect at a higher-end hotel. Overall, this hotel doesn't live up to a five-star standard. While the staff were friendly and the location was decent, the room quality and amenities need significant improvement. I would rate this stay a 3 out of 5 stars.

Near several malls. Restaurants many in malls. Facility is good, large and staff are most helpful. Neo is exceptional ĥstaff with good English and help arrange taxis.
