I came in off the street because my other vacation rental did not come through. They allowed me to use the Wifi in the lobby to make my reservation and then let me connect to my business meeting. After I completed my checkin, I traveled up the stairs. I liked that they had emergency egress markings and friction pads to help avoid slipping when they were wet. The interior of the hotel was beautiful. The room was large and had everything I needed as far as toiletries go: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouthwash, etc. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was hot water in the shower and a showerhead. Room service was thorough. I would have liked a desk to work at, but at least the wireless was reliable and fast. They allowed me a safe space to park my bicycle inside. I appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7. There was some commotion in an adjacent room in the early hours of the morning, but they were quick to identify the problem and call the police to resolve the matter. They were always friendly greeting me in the mornings, and whenever I left or returned to the property. One of the times I returned early in the morning I had to wait 5-10 minutes to gain entrance because the front-desk staff was attending to laundry. It is nice that they have a fenced off area in front of the property where the guests can sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle of the street activities. I always felt comfortable and safe during my stay

Every thing was ok. A bit noisy outside .but a lot of activity.and much going on.
