Great location but the hotel was dirty. We walk into our room and the door could not close properly. The bathroom had hair in the shower and sink. The room was dirty and had a smell. The staffs were nice and friendly.

1st we have to keep in mind that the place is near the coast, its located in a very convenient spot, you can walk around and have a lot of options to dine in. The staff is friendly, they will help you and accommodate your needs , its not like a city hotel, so don’t expect that experience. The rooms decent sized, the bathrooms were a bit small. I kept hitting my elbows with the shower doors. One time we were out and when we came back there was a leak in plumbing in the bathroom, the offer us to move us to another room, we stayed in the same room and they did the best to fix it, it was Sunday and they moved us to a bigger room like a day before and we decided to stay, it was not a big deal. In the first floor they have a restaurant with a very good menu. The only thing we had a bit issue was with the cleaning, we requested to get the room cleaned because of a bit of sand on the bed and when we came to sleep we still had sand on our linen of the bed so that was the only issue. But over all was not a bad experience.

I liked the staff! I liked that it was near the beach, shopping and restaurants. I also like that it's only a 10 minute drive from the city center/historic town. I did not like vendors coming up to me while eating my breakfast in the outdoor seating area. I did not like that property has alot of cracks and holes.

Lo mejor de este hotel la ubicación, recomiendo no dejar objetos de valor ni tarjetas bancarias. WiFi no funciona, tampoco la tv, papelera del baño rota, poco papel higiénico, toallas no habían cuando llegamos (estaban en lavandería), las habitaciones huelen a humedad, sábanas manchadas, el desayuno repetitivo y un única opción (desayuno típico colombiano, arepa, huevo, pan, frijoles y salchichas) todos los días!

This hotel is very cozy and well located closed to everything. The hotel is antique so the rooms tend to have a strong “old” smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh made and delicious.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel which is located on a street near good Itallian restaurants and a Peruvian restaurant. The breakfast was also good and made omelettes upon request!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero es muy viejo y descuidado... aire acondicionado antiguo no se podía regular la temperatura tuvimos que apagarlo. La cama y muebles muy viejos, no había colcha ni nada para el frío, el internet era muy lento. Desayuno fatal y nos atendieron muy mal a la hora del desayuno. No lo recomendaría, por ese precio puedes conseguir algo mucho mejor y más moderno!!

WiFi no funciona, tampoco la tv, papelera del baño rota, poco papel higiénico, toallas no habían cuando llegamos (estaban en lavandería), las habitaciones huelen a humedad, sábanas manchadas, el desayuno repetitivo y un única opción (desayuno típico colombiano, arepa, huevo, pan, frijoles y salchichas) todos los días!

It was horrible no elevator the ac wasnt working no towels in the room i booked a room that fits 4 adults they charged me and was not supposed to.. place and stafd is trash very phony and will Rob your cash and money

This hotel is very cozy and well located closed to everything. The hotel is antique so the rooms tend to have a strong “old” smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh made and delicious.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel which is located on a street near good Itallian restaurants and a Peruvian restaurant. The breakfast was also good and made omelettes upon request!

No me gusto nada!!
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero es muy viejo y descuidado... aire acondicionado antiguo no se podía regular la temperatura tuvimos que apagarlo. La cama y muebles muy viejos, no había colcha ni nada para el frío, el internet era muy lento. Desayuno fatal y nos atendieron muy mal a la hora del desayuno. No lo recomendaría, por ese precio puedes conseguir algo mucho mejor y más moderno!!
