Me asignaron un cuarto que no estaba en condiciones de ser ocupado. 1. Las cortinas estaban desprendidas en los extremos. Consecuentemente, la luz de la calle se filtraba impidiendo el descanso en la mañana. 2. El televisor del cuarto no funcionaba 3. El teléfono del cuarto no funcionaba 4. La ducha tenía un escape en el tubo superior y el agua caliente cambiaba de temperatura esporadicamente, situación que produjo momentos incomodos debido a la alta temperatura del agua. 5. Espejo de tocador insistente. Solo tenian el montaje pegado en la pared. 6. Los cuartos no tienen cafetera y el servicio de "Bar" en el lobby tiene una cafetera que en tres ocasiones que fui no pude obtener el servicio deseado porque no tenían cafe para moler. 7. El orinal del tercero piso adyacente al comedor tiene tanta presión, que al vacearlo, arroja una cantidad significante de agua en la persona. Me toco cambiarme de ropa lógicamente. 8. El restaurante ofrece en el menu sopa de menudencias, pero es caldo de pollo despechado y la sopa de costilla es sopa de carne pero no tiene costilla. 9. La edificación es muy vieja y muchas de las remodelaciones no demuestran un nivel alto de calidad. 10. El costo de este hotel es muy alto para la calidad de cuartos. 11. Tengo que dejar claro que el servicio al cliente en general fue muy bueno. En su gran mayoría, los empleados del hotel hacen todo lo posible por atenderte bien, son profesionales y respetuosos.

La comida no estuvo bien. Varios amigos salimos intoxicados.

At the time of the registration I was told they only had one adult in their system and I needed to pay for the second guest. They printed the reservation where clearly said one adult one child 15 years old. It took very long the check in. They wanted me to sign a paper with my last name misspelled and without giving me a copy. Next day and the whole week they were asking me multiple times for a copy of my second passport (why didn’t they gather all paperwork at the time of check in) even though I told them I was going to provide it to them before checking out as I was attending my moms funeral. The staff was texting me from personal cell phones via WhatsApp very uncomfortable, unprofessional and unsafe. Front desk manager Dora was rude and disrespectful. She denied any access to any other chain of command. Housekeeping personal and service were amazing. Front desk looked like traumatized team directed by Dora. She has no sense of respect for guest of anyone, she thinks her word is the only one. I sent a complaint to front desk management and surprise the manager was Dora and she receives and processes the complaints. Every time I passed by that front desk she was yelling at one of her employees, very negative atmosphere. The room was very cold, it had no heater. The pillows were old and not very comfortable.

Great Hotel, much better than most 4 star hotels in Europe. Spacious rooms with 5 star linens

Overall good. The only issue is if you come by car indoor parking is small you may not find a space available and on Sunday’s the city shuts down the main avenue from 8-12 for cyclists

The customer service at the front desk, house keeping and restaurant is outstanding, I will come back over and over again

Le falta remodelación en habitaciones.

Lo mejor la ubicacion.Personal muy amable.Habitacion a la que quiza le faltaba un armario. Desayuno no tan bueno parala categoria del hotel.
