Nous avons séjourné dans une villa avec petite piscine privative, très joliment décorée avec tout le confort (grille pain, blender, frigo et congélateur, clim de partout, ...) 2 chambres 3 salles de bain Pas d'eau chaude quand nous sommes arrivés, le problème a été résolu Attention beaucoup de coupures de courant, le réseau électrique est très instable. Le resto est très bon, un peu cher mais délicieux et sur la plage. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. De nombreux transats et beds sont à disposition. La piscine commune est grande et jolie. Le personnel est adorable ! Il y a une salle de sport. Possibilité de réserver des massages Un grand parking gratuit. De l'eau et du café à disposition tout le temps à la réception. Beaucoup de végétation ce qui rend l'endroit très agréable L'hôtel est à 5 min du parc de Tayrona

Es war alles wunderbar! Wir hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Hotelanlage ist sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich 👍

The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful, and it’s a great place for a relaxing “beach and pool” vacation. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very nice. The cleanliness was reasonable, but we had to ask several times before the room was properly cleaned. The food is average. The breakfast is quite basic and the prices are high. The same applies to most food products in the area. If you plan to cook during your stay, it’s recommended to bring groceries from the city in advance.

Great friendly staff despite the language barrier

Nos alojamos en una villa con piscina privada y salón con cocina. En la planta superior 2 Habitaciones impecables casda una con su propio baño. El persona muy amable. La playa es privada y solo de uso de los alojados. Todo un lujo. De diez!!

A proximité du parc de Tayrona (10minutes en voiture) belles prestations et bel endroit pour se reposer, avec accès direct à la plage privée, une belle piscine. Les maisons sont grandes et agréables avec petit jardin et petite piscine privés

The staff was great... they were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful with organizing transportation, reservations, etc. The room itself was pretty standard but the view from the 2nd floor was amazing and the deck was great for enjoying an evening beer. And they cleaned the room very well each day, it was spotless even after tracking in sand and dirt. The beach was incredible and we enjoyed the lounge beds. Would definitely stay again!

The first thing we found upon checking in was a massive cockroach on the main bedroom ceiling, then we realized there was a roach nest and couldn’t clearly sleep the first night, we were in the room with a 4-year old. The wifi wasn’t working, the bills we had booked smelled like mould so bad we had to open all the kitchen cabinets and villas doors to let some fresh air in. Paid for an extra guest and all we got was a stained crib mattress brought to the door of the villa for us to figure ourselves out, no linens, pillows or questions about who the mattress was for. Had to call them back to request a normal size mattress and see one linens, this took forever. Requested to speak with the manager about it and it was t possible until almost 24 hours later. The staff at the restaurants she swimming pools, zero attentive, rolled their eyes, had to ask for anything several times, food came cold, breakfast orders where taken 4 people at a time (we were 12). Several other issues, it’s a shame because the hotel is donvlose to tayrona park and we couldn’t go as after our first night, we had to leave and find another hotel last minute where we knew we were not going to have any of the issues mentioned above
