Staff not well prepared to deal with clients, poor infrastructure

Los chicos de personal muy amables, muchas opciones de comida, actividades el lugar no es como en las fotos ya esta muy descuidado, demasiado demasiado ruido pero por lo que pague no me puedo quejar, aún así no volveria, lo bueno del lugar es el personal muy amables

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional The 2 female receptionists on January 24th 2025 were awful.

Una de las mejores experiencias que puedes tener como extranjero en un buen hotel colombiano con un ambiente fresco y lleno de energía, positivismo, comida, buena música buena, todo excelente servicio, lo recomiendo al 100%. He ido cuatro veces en un año. 🇵🇷

Air conditioning in the room didn’t work and all 3 days felt like a terrible experience. Went down 20 times to reception, they would start the ac and then it would get turned off in 10 minutes. Didn’t have a remote for ac to manage myself, had to walk down to reception after every few minutes asking them to turn it on as it kept on getting off.

I didn't have breakfast so if there's a rating for that please ignore it, I don't think some of the features advertised on Hotels.com exist, like the co working space and rooftop there isn't any outdoor space, I think there was a rooftop but they built another dormitory there, and it was the one I stayed in, it is well renovated, but extremely cold, they should put a heater in it, and add ventilation until the bathroom because it's already going moudly and it looks extremely new. The hostel was really clean, and I met some nice people whilst I was staying there, but it doesn't really have any cozy hostel like spaces, it's an old hotel that was renovated into a hostel and you can tell, I think with a little extra it would be a perfect hostel. I am also not sure if they do yoga there does not seem to be any space for it. Probably if they moved the reception/bar to the front window it would make a better use of the space and it would be better for all of the activities they try to have. Also the luggage storage room exists but like it was tiny with no organization for the size of the hostel they should at least put in shelving so people don't have to move 50 bags out of the way to fetch there. There was a kitchen and it was reasonably well equipped, microwave etc. The hostel was extremely clean and the staff were nice, but distant, probably could have done with some international staff/volunteers because it felt like I booked to stay in a student union bar not a hostel.

The facilities are top! The steam rooms and spa amenities make your whole trip. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This one at Bogota is good

El mejor lugar para hospedarse, céntrico, seguro, cerca de plazas, lugares turísticos y transporte, las instalaciones excelente, las amenidades ayudan a tener opciones si el clima cambia tus planes y el staff es súper amigable, te ayudan con cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir

Sadly we had a great experince in hostel Viajero Cusco peru. So we assumed we would have the same in Bogota but that wasn’t the case. We booked a private room, it smelled moldy and had a noise like a washing machine going on all night. When we walked in it felt more like walking into a bar then a hostel. The receptionist at our check in was really nice but the next morning at 6 am the receptionist was cranky and unhelpful. I simply asked for an extra key to a two people room and before checking he said he dosnt have one. Then I insisted and he magically found one right infront of him on the desk. We quickly decided it wasn’t the place for us and packed our stuff and left the next morning, at check out they didn’t even bother to ask why we were checking out three nights early. Defnitly more like a loud smelly frat house then a hostel. And the area is unsafe at night, even the taxi driver dropping us off told us to be careful. And we are a Turkish Syrian couple. Not easy to scare if you get me.

Es un hotel para gente joven, No para familia con niños, la atencion es muy buena la verda y esta bien ubicada
