Agua Inn

Jungle oasis! Very quiet, just the jungle sounds, and running river. We loved breakfast watching the hummingbirds, and the pool. Lovely plants and flowers. Great stop on the way to Arenal!

We only had one night at the Agua Inn, but would stay again. The grounds were beautiful, staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The sound of the river nearby was soothing.

Only stayed one night but the property is lovely. A little out of town but we had a car. Breakfast was good.

Super cute with clean rooms. Outstanding, extremely kind owners, yummy breakfast, and gorgeous landscaping. Highly recommend if you want peaceful surroundings.

Our stay was unique, we was able to enjoy plenty nature. The service was great. This is the right place for people who love Nature, enjoy the river and swimming pool.

I only stayed here for a night as I was passing through, but would definitely spend more time here. It is so peaceful and quiet. There are only a few rooms and tables to eat breakfast at which I personally really enjoyed. It felt more private and I got the pool and river all to myself. The owner was very helpful and called a taxi for me as I couldn't book my own transportation. Breakfast was made for you, and he even asked if I had any allergies before I came to the resort. 10/10, beautiful property and kind staff!

Quiet spot on a beautiful river. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and breakfast was great. Our bed was comfortable, the hot shower worked well. We didn't have to use the air conditioner so it was nice to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river, birds and monkeys. It was a very pleasant place to stay.

This is a small hotel with gorgeous grounds, a beautiful pool surrounded on three sides by a jungle stream. We saw three types of hummingbirds, many other Costa Rican birds including the montezuma oropendiola. The host is friendly and wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. This was the most enjoyable accommodation we had in Costa Rica. It is not a luxury resort but bedding was comfortable, it felt safe and isolated, and the setting is Pristine and beautiful.

El lugar es precioso, rodeado de mucha vegetación y un río. Hay que tener cuidado con Waze o google maps porque no son precisos, por lo que recomendamos al hotel poner más letreros en las dos intersecciones previas para llegar al hotel. Ojalá la piscina fuera temperada.

Agua Inn is a hidden oasis and it’s just a beautiful setting. The owner Trent is very friendly, the wild parrot Peppa is adorable and the creek on the property is soothing. Great pool, great breakfast. There is no a/c but it wasn’t a problem at all because it was cooler in this area and shaded by forest. We would book there again.

Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and animals. Loved it here wished we were staying for more than one night.

Fantastic and Serene property/location! Clean, well maintained pool by a bubbling creek in a very private setting.....Very clean, comfortable and welcoming! Excellent breakfast. Probably best with a car.
