The restaurant was excellent morning, noon and night...but with the night eating it is only reservations ONLY at 6,7,8,9....but you cannot make them there at restaurant, juist at the front desk. I e-mailed them to make reservationes for that evening, and 5 days later still no response so I am very happy I made a special trip to front desk to get it taken care of. Food was great. Only problem for me was no ice machine in building #3 as I walked the floors one evening for 15 minutes and finally bumped into a local maintaince worker and he said only 1 is on the bottom floor by registration. Sad, usually there is one on all hotel floors near the elevators.

The room was implacable and all staff have been extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. The food was varied and very nice every day. Good list of cocktails and the bar staff would also happily give you something that is not on the list or make all the twists you asked for, and they would remember you even though the resort was very busy. Didn’t use the parking so cannot comment on that. We had a perfect 8 night stay and would very happily return to the resort.

La verdad he visitado varias veces este hotel, es el preferido de mi hijo! En esta ocasión el personal es malcriado, poco colaborativo! Te hacen ir hacer hasta dos veces si ocupas o pides 2 platos de snack por ejemplo Fuimos un grupo de 9 personas prácticamente todos teníamos que ir hacer fila porque solo daban una cosa por persona. Fatal definitivamente

Los 2 TVs con deprimente imagen en muchos canales (época Mundial Fútbol), hicieron escaneo canales digitales y no sirvió, máquina hacer café dañada, silla ayuda para ducha estaba fracturada (se pidió cambio), varilla para mover cortinas desprendida. Todo sumo negativamente, además de atención muy lenta en el tema de los TVs. Uso de mecanismo de Whatsapp interno del Hotel para canalizar situaciones expuestas y nunca fueron siquiera capaces de identificarse con nombre y apellido, por tema de cortesía y respeto; ell@s saben con quién hablan, pero uno como huésped no. Al final, y después de evidenciar nuestro descontento de pareja, ofrecieron cambio de habitación, q valga aclarar nunca lo solicitamos, hubiese bastado con q los problemas enumerados los hubieran resuelto a cabalidad de forma oportuna y nos obligaron a pasarnos a las 21 hrs. x su logística de hotel, lo rechazamos. Destacar actitud de servicio de Kevin Zúñiga Pérez (Superv Nocturno) y camarera (era una Sra. muy humilde y respetuosa), al caminar x la playa, habían sectores bastante sucios. En los 2 restaurantes principales hay un enorme problema con ingreso de aves, q constantemente picotean los alimentos servidos en el buffet (frutas, panes, donas, entre otros) con el agravante de q no los quitan y observamos comensales sirviéndoselos. En el Rest. Macarela, al estar cenando observamos pasar una rata por el caño de piedra cercano al piso del restaurante, lo informamos a la camarera y no le dio importancia al tema.

Las personas de recepción son muy lentas, nada atentos groseros ... nos cambiamos tres veces de habitación por problemas de fuga de agua, no servía tv. Sucia etc. No recibimos ninguna atención de su parte, sólo cambio de habitación... felicidades a los animadores, personal que atiende en los restaurantes... la comida está bien.... fuimos a festejar su cumpleaños de mi esposo pensé que le iban a cantar las mañanitas y son un poco fuera de ambiente en la cena....ése es mi forma de ver las cosas.
