Before you walk through the gates, you’ll be wondering if this is one of the bad hostel’s on your trip… but as soon as you check in and meet pepe, you’ll quickly feel like home. There’s a lot of space, the rooms are clean, the kitchen doesn’t really need anything and, best of all, you’ll become friends woth Pepe and his wonderful dog
It’s too far away from the beach to walk but you can easily get a collectivo and isn’t very much.

This is like a second home for me every time I come to Costa Rica. This is my third visit and I’ll definitely be back again. The location is great, the beds are comfortable and the facilities are very clean. I would highly recommend.

Pepe was an amazing host. He not only catered to my lodging needs but also gave myself and a guest an incredible surf experience. He was so helpful with sharing details about town and giving us all the information we needed to have a great time. I truly appreciation his advice and hosting of myself and my 5 family members.

Property is far away from anything. Wasn't able to leave early because the gate way locked. There was a dog that was biting my leg the whole time I was there until I went into my room. The place is basically a shack, and the floor in the room was pealing. This is the worst place I've ever stayed at.

Lugar amplio, con fácil ubicación para traslados a la playa.
Sin embargo falta ver detalles de privacidad en los baños, ya que no tienen puertas con cerrojos.
Hay un pasillo que lleva de las habitaciones a una puerta trasera que genera inseguridad ya que no se ve quien ingresa.
No dan paños ni jabones para el aseo personal.

I booked because it said private room with A/C but got there and A/C didn’t work and dan didn’t work
They had another room with A/C so i ended up paying another 27.00 for the that as it was 32C ….
Place is ok but actually not in Tamarindo out about 10kms
