Hotel D'Lucia

Very nice

Staff couldn't find our Expedia reservation, some odd people staying next door and the trucks air brakes were easily heard. Pool and location was good, though access from the highway was tricky.

Landscaping and pool were nice, rooms were spartan, staff was friendly but office window was closed a lot of the time, lots of dogs barking through the night and next to a busy highway.

It’s a good place, they have a good location and the room are very clean

Stayed there several times over the years and it’s relatively comfortable and convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and so far the best hotel we stayed in Jaco. The hotel is well kept and very clean. Service provided by Mari was superb. Very friendly staffs, and they accommodate you with basically every request. The pool and grounds were well maintained. Mari who checked us in seems to be very hands on… If she’s not at the desk, you’ll see her around the hotel cleaning. Everything we requested was not issue and was provided. We also made a friend… they had a small maltese friendly dog and we fell in love with her -> minurka. Highly recommend for Tourist and all travelers. Would definitely stay again when we visit costa rica again.

We needed a stay for one night before our guided hike in Carara Nat'l Park. This hotel looks exactly like the pics show, which I always appreciate. For what we needed it was good...a place to sleep. Hotel is older, very simple, but was very clean ( room, pool, and grounds ), beds were on the firmer side but comfortable, shower was hot, and air con and wifi worked great. The fridge in room worked good and kept water cold for our hike. The chairs around the pool could use an update and it would have been nice to have chairs outside of each room as a place to sit in the evening. The only piece of advice to a fellow traveller would be about the proximity to the highway...if you are a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs for sleeping would be a good idea as can hear the transports roaring by...at least from our room.

Great location and the staff and room were very nice. The property, including a pool, was enjoyable and would stay here again. Thank you.
