Solo que mejoren el desayuno todo lo demás excelente

Very nice property and nice staff. Great location near town yet in the woods with sloths and monkeys often seen near rooms. Food was a bit uneven - great breakfast but dinner at the casual dining spot near reception was just ok. We did not try the main restaurant for dinner.

Clean room & the had a dehumidifier which was unexpected but great in such a humid spot! Friendly staff, great breakfast options, nice pool with a swim up bar! Went on the howler monkey trail and saw a family of howlers so that’s an added bonus for guests!

Excellent choice - you will not regret choosing this hotel!! Wonderful and quiet surroundings, friendly and very helpful staff and good food. It was difficult to leave this fantastic place.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lomas del Volcán! The property, staff, service, and overall experience made my trip to La Fortuna an absolute dream! The bungalow was immaculate and beautifully decorated, just like the pictures. Nice spacious restroom with water that can get real hot and the outdoor patio was a lovely space to relax. Every interaction I had with staff was positive and everyone very friendly. Front desk customer service was great. Breakfast options were also tasty and the fruit was fresh. I ordered room service for dinner during my stay and they are able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. If you have an allergy, they ask if you do before placing your order which provides an extra sense of safety for us allergic folk :) I ventured off into the pool area and yoga deck during my stay and both very welcoming and clean. I like how open and surrounded by nature the yoga deck is. Perfect place to get your zen on! This is also a nice spot if you're solo traveling. I felt safe! I'd come here again and recommending it to any friends/family visiting La Fortuna!

The views, cleanliness, tasty food, nice staff, and location; tucked in nature, were just amazing . Such a relaxing and amazing experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially for families. The hospitality was exceptional, every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s hard to point out even a single flaw with our experience at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The views were breathtaking, and having beautiful trails right on the property made the experience even more special. Overall, it was incredibly serene and peaceful, truly the perfect getaway. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return.

I would like to say thanks to the staff for such a great time. The view of the mountains or volcano. Was awsome. We really enjoyed the our ealks in the morning thought the trail. We got to some cool critters. I cant wait to come back.
