Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den Bildern sieht es besser aus als in Wirklichkeit.

Cute place, but super noisy all night long with traffic and even in early morning. Loud motorcycles constantly. Water randomly turns off, even when your half way through a shower.

En términos generales bien. Buena ubicación. Le faltan aún detalles para que sea mejor. Terraza no tiene luces para pasar la noche y en el día es muy caliente la terraza. Se nota y se ve ve un poco ya el deterioro y años en la propiedad. Nos salieron unas cuantas cucarachas en la sala durante la estadía.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile, stanza grande e luminosa. Molto vicina alla spaggia e a localini carini. Ottima qualitá-prezzo, consigliatissima!!

Everything was perfect! Rosella, Johanna and Richard were always so helpful. The place is perfectly located in the downtown area and walking distance to the beach. Beautiful place.

This was a great stay. Less than 5 min to the beach, there is a dirt path across the street. Everyone who tends to the property is so very helpful. We arrived way later than planned and Richard was so accommodating. He even carried our bags up. The place was super cute, pool was a great way to end the day. It’s right off the Main Street but tucked away for privacy, there is no foot traffic because someone is always on duty so it’s very safe. The red apartment was clean, well kept and maintained, and we’d stay again for sure.

Fantastic place, really cosy, and excellent location. Very close to the beach. However, standard, cleaning and other services, while adequate, were a bit below expectation.

We stayed for four nights. The host was really nice and helpful. The location was great, about a four minute walk to the beach and close to some really good restaurants. Only downside may be that the nearest supermarket was about 8 miutes away by foot, not a major problem though.

We had a wonderful stay and wished we could stay longer. We had everything we could possibly need. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Christian was attentive and accommodating. The location was perfect! Less than a five minute walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Highly recommend staying here and we look forward to visiting again!

Very beautiful location with great amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our late arrival. It is designed very peaceful to nurture your soul and have a true Costa Rican experience. Centrally located next to everything you could need and within steps to the beach. We enjoy this nice villa right in the heart of Santa Teresa.

Located just opposite the beach, perfect location, within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.Service, cleanliness and good value for money. Was very clean and well kept, great hospitality from the hosts, really friendly. Was a very plesant stay, definitely would recommend. Rosabella, christian and joanna were so ftiendly and attentive. Rien à dire au niveau de l'accueil des propriétaires Rossela et Christian, les appartements sont agréables et spacieux, néanmoins le bruit incessant de la route/piste (klaxons, bus, motos, quads, etc...) ainsi que la poussière générée par le va et vient quasi permanent, sont vraiment pénibles, tôt le matin et tard dans la nuit ! Sans oublier une espèce de "boite de nuit" à proximité... Dommage, nous étions venus il y a environ 8 ans, la vie sauvage était beaucoup plus présente et le calme également. On ne vient pas au CR pour la fête ou subir les bruits de circulation, vraiment dommage pour la "PURA VIDA". Et ce constat est valable pour la plupart des localisations côtières depuis Santa Tereza jusqu'à Flamingo. Le Costa Rica perd son âme !

Es un lugar tranquilo, mejoraría el mantenimiento de la piscina (no la pudimos usar los primeros días porque no estaba limpia) y la limpieza de los cuartos (ingresaron un día sin avisarnos). El resto excelente, las personas que atienden super atentas.

Fue una muy bonita experiencia. El trato excelente.

Great location, but we got a room that was facing the back in somebody’s backyard so that wasn’t feeling very relaxing . If that was explained in the description I wouldn’t have booked that room . Also WiFi and TV did not work the whole time we were there so that was really frustrating.

It's only been a day and we miss Principe del Pacifico already! We stayed there for a week and enjoyed every moment of it. It's right across the street from a beach access which was great for my husband who surfs and well as for myself and the kids. It's especially helpful when you are ready to head home from the beach...across the road, outdoor shower, and then a dip in the pool. Christian, the owner, is awesome....he lives on the property and is a great resource for any questions. We highly suggest visiting the Playa Hermosa tide pools if you have kids, or if you don't...either way they are cool...you have to go at low tide though so check out those tide charts in order to make the most of it. We also suggest visiting the Montezuma Butterfly and Beer Garden....the butterfly garden was closed for renovation when we were there this time but we've been to it in years past and it was great...they said it will probably reopen in high season 2021. It's still a great Beer/Restaurant Garden and a hop, skip, and jump to some waterfalls that are easy to get to with kids (they will give you directions to the waterfall hike at the Butterfly and Beer Garden). We also did the Montezuma Waterfall hike but I'm not gonna lie... it was tough with kids, especially after a night's rain. Luckily we had a guide...the guide and my husband carried the kids on their back through many parts of it.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y es perfecto para paseos en familia, amigos o pareja. Sin embargo, la apariencia del hotel está un poco descuidada no está como se ve en fotos. El hotel tiene 2 espacios para parqueo que por ahora solo puede ser utilizados por vehículos altos, nosotros debimos dejar el vehículo en la calle. Tuvimos inconvenientes al momento de realizar el pago. Reservamos con una tarjeta y al llegar al hotel no tenían datáfono para realizar el pago. El dueño nos buscó soluciones pero tuvimos que cancelar en otro hotel. Considero que debe contactar al cliente haciéndole ver esas observaciones antes de llegar.

Amazing place, that is operated by a beautiful family I will definitely be back here if there is space in the future and will recommend any friends to stay there
