The property owners are amazing...super helpful and friendly...above and beyond. Apartment is in an older, scenic, historic part of city, so some construction, but great location in the middle of activity.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Josik (Joseph). He helped us with our bags, rode with me to a free parking spot, and came back to do a thorough walkthrough of the property. Please, please, please do not let street view of some photos online scare you. There’s a neighbor who has an interesting collection of items outside, but the Apartment has everything you need, is SPOTLESS, and very comfortable. Josik introduced us to Regina (his wife) for whom the property is named and he offered us some wine and we all chatted for some time about Split, the history and the property. We loved our stay here. It’s at the bottom of Marian and a five minute walk to the start of the Promenade along the water. 10 minutes to Diocletian’s Palace and 15 minutes to the Green Market. No need to drag bags through town. This is an ideal location. Would come back again if we’re ever in Split. This is not a friend putting a favorable review up for a friend. We are a family on a trip to Europe who are very glad we booked Regina! Josik again helped us with our bags when we left and saw us off. He and Regina are as nice as can be. Thank you both! Hvala!
