Peaceful and quiet, with a great breakfast buffet, a lovely staff and European vibe, Helpful tips on dinner, and great central location too!

We only stayed 1 night before flying home, but this hotel really impressed us! Very helpful & kind staff, comfy bed in a hotel without a lot of character! Highly recommend!

I loved the property is centrally located. We were able to drop in and out during the day as needed. It was safe and offered personalized service. Staff was super friendly room was clean and bright.

Our stay was short but we loved the location and helpfulness of staff. Will definitely stay there again if we get back to Zagreb.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Staff were wonderful and able to help us with our questions. Hotel was conveniently located. No outside noise so sleeping was not a problem.

We stayed two nights at Hotel Jagerhorn over Easter weekend and loved every moment. Five stars across the board. The location is unbeatable — steps from the funicular to the Old Town and the main square, with endless restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries nearby. Even over Easter, there was no shortage of options, including plenty of gluten-free and dairy-free friendly spots. The city has a wonderful, affordable vibe. Breakfast was outstanding — generous hot and cold options, and easy to navigate for gluten-free and dairy-free eating. Our top-floor room had a lovely bathtub, reliable hot water, and clean drinkable tap water. The slanted ceiling window kept things cool on a warm night. Stairs to the top floor, but staff offered luggage assistance without hesitation. A huge shoutout to Yuritsa at the front desk — an exceptional young man who went above and beyond, personally delivering towels and laundry to our room. He is a true asset to this hotel. Only minor issue: the in-room TV struggled to work, though hotel WiFi was fine. A small thing that did nothing to dampen our stay. We would return without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Great location! You can walk to most downtown locations or take a tram easily if going further. The rooms and the hallway is somewhat drab with dark carpeting and not enough lighting. But they have a lovely outdoor breakfast and cafe area which makes up for it. Helpful staff!

The staff wonderful and attentive to your needs. The main problem for fellows of the golden age it is no elevator and to reach any room you have stairs

Superb location, enabling us to walk to every place on our list and much more. Staff is helpful, kind, personable. The facility is rather lovely, well aged, but a bit tired. The room was spacious, and we particularly appreciated the solid oak and other wood furniture through the place. But the room was dark, making it hard to find a place to actually read anything printed.

Pequeno e simples, sem elevador. Recepção minúscula, funcionária simpática. Quarto triplo no 1º andar e conjugado, com áreas separadas: 2 camas e TV no primeiro cômodo e 1 cama de casal e frigobar no segundo cômodo. Móveis antigos (mas bem conservados) e carpet. Tem um “livro” com as regras do hotel dizendo que você não pode fazer nada. Também tem uma lista de preços, caso você “infrinja alguma delas”. Achei desnecessário e rude. Banheiro grande com box e toalheiro aquecido. O banheiro tem portas pros dois quartos. A localização é ótima, fica bem no centro e tem estacionamento grátis, porém fica a uns 400m do hotel. Na rua do hotel não passa carro, o que é um problema para descarregar as malas. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Pães, frios, sucos, iogurte, salada de frutas, ovos. O espaço é pequeno, mas aconchegante. Na área dos fundos do hotel, tem uma escadaria que leva à cidade alta.

すごく可愛いホテルです。立地も最高に便利でした。ホテルに向かうアプローチがイルミネーションで綺麗なので気分が上がります。全体的に山小屋のような作りでインテリアも素敵でした。廊下の絵画や家具もとても味があります。 朝食は種類豊富とまではいきませんが十分だと思います。 こじんまりとしていてエレベーターはありませんがブランドの女性が荷物を運んでくれました。
